Beautiful apartment situated in the best location in St. Germain area. Modern kitchen, lovely US washing machine and dryer, nice baths, and many others. Only one suggestion: I did not know it has only 1 toilet, as I assumed two baths will consist of 2 toilets. Perhaps it should be clearly stated in your listing. Overall, lovely apt with the best location!

The property is in the best location in the Sain Germain Des Pres neighborhood. It's in walking distance to the Luxembourg Gardens, the Louvre, Jardin de Tulieres, Musee D'Orsay, and a bunch of great restaurants and upscale shops. The Metro is super close. The owner is very friendly and we had a comfortable stay. He provided wine, coffee pods, snacks and plenty of toilet paper.The only issue is no air conditioning - which is a common problem in Paris. It was only uncomfortable one night of our stay as Paris had a heat wave. However, two floor fans were provided which made for good nights sleep for most of the trip. Also, it's not two full bathrooms with toilets. It's one toilet, and two washrooms (one bathtub with shower head) and one shower. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Stay

My wife, young children and I had a lovely stay over New Years. We cannot say enough great things about the apartment, location and communication with George. It was excellent. I highly recommend it to all. The apartment was clean, accessible, and well-appointed with all the amenities. We will certainly stay again on our next visit to Paris.

Lovely apartment in a great location

My husband and I had a great week staying here. It is lovely - fresh, light, and open. Wonderfully for Paris it is on the first floor which makes the initial entry and exit easy. The apartment was very comfortable for the two of us and well equipped. The area -St Germain-is excellent with food and wine on your doorstop and wonderful attractions such as Musee D’Orsay a short walk away. It is close to Metro stops. The apartment is very quiet. The owner was lovely to deal with and the apartment manager delightful.

Wonderful stay in St Germain des Pres!

This group of four ladies loved our stay in St Germain Des Pres. Our apartment was in a lovely, safe area close to many cafes and shops. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything we might need. The metro station was very close and we used it every day to get around. Fernando met us when we arrived and gave us the information we needed to manage in Paris. He was very kind and helpful! The only thing that might be a problem with this apartment is the one toilet. We were four ladies and could have used another toilet, but we were not there very much, so it all worked out! It would be great for two or three people. All in all, we loved the apartment and Paris! Thanks so much for making our stay a great one!

Best location in Paris

Best location in Paris near great restaurants, art galaries, and museums. Apartment was small but very clean and comfortable. Owner was a good communicator. He did an amazing renovation of the apartment with modern appliances and fixtures. We will be back.

Perfect location for a Paris Vacation

I spent a week with my husband and two daughters (ages 10 and 14) for our spring vacation in April. This apartment was a super spot for us to stay. The location was PERFECT. The owner and manager were both so helpful, professional and responsive. The apartment is nicely renovated, modern, clean, cozy and great for anyone looking to be close to the action in the 6th Arr. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the city It was very clean and tidy

The only issues some have to deal with are, no elevator to the apartment. May be a hindrance for those who have mobility issues. It was not an issue with us. I would have liked a thicker curtain or shade in the master suite. When anyone enters the court the lights automatically come on and shines into the bedroom. The beds were pretty comfortable George has thought of pretty much everything one could need whilst visiting. Groceries are very close by. George was accommodating as was Fernando. I forgot to pack a cable bag and they are sending it to me. Very classy. Perfect for three maybe four. Tight otherwise. Oh, only one actual toilet. It was ok just had to plan a bit. It was nice having access to laundry Thank you for a very nice stay. I would highly recommend

A perfect place to stay in Saint Germain des Pres.

This apartment is delightful, comfortable and very well furnished with everything you could possibly need. The owner has gone to a great deal of trouble to make sure you have the very best experience while staying there .It is in a perfect location in Saint Germain which is a fabulous part of Paris. Plenty of restaurants and fabulous boutiques as well as many galleries in this great neighborhood. Plus it is only a 10 minute walk to either Louvre or the d’Orsay. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect!

There are so many great things to say about this home. We were a family of 4 and it was exactly what we were looking for. First off, lets just say Location, location, location! It was a secure building located 2 blocks from the Seine and a block from central St Germaine des Pres (and metro line). This unit is located above Cafe Le Clerc which was fabulous for us. We could let the kids veg while we enjoyed a glass or wine or coffee. 2.5 blocks from Monoprix and 5-8 minute walk to the Latin Quarter. We used Uber a lot and never waited more than 3-5 minutes. The owners thought of everything. It was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. 2 bathrooms (but one toilet which was not an issue for us at all) updated kitchen and washer/dryer. We were greeted by Fernando who walked us in and showed us all around and shared everything we needed to know. Although we were did not receive the welcoming basket as others did on their stay, there was a book with everything you would need to know about the unit as well as the surrounding area. We took their advice about the Profiteroles at Cafe DeFlore just up the street. They were amazing. Highly recommend them and this fabulous home. I'm already dreaming about my next trip back to Paris. Also, would like to thank (G.P.) for being very a conscientious Owner. You really did think of everything. Your home is lovely and it truly made our stay!!!!

Clean, modern, nicely appointed, stellar location.

The location was amazing. Steps away from amazing patisseries, famous cafes, a few blocks away from Notre Dame & the Louvre. Fab restaurants everywhere. The owner was kind enough to let us check in early. The showers and linens were great. Our experience was wonderful. Thank you!

Amazing Stay !

This property is an updated, well appointed and well cared for unit. While our initial reaction was "cozy" we never felt short of space and my family of four, 2 adults 2 tweens, were comfortable the entire stay. The rooms are bright, clean and modern and there was plenty of space to put our things as we settled in. The place was spotless including all the dishes and flatware (an experience we did not have in London so we appreciated this all the more!). All the amenities and little touches including and a welcome basket with coffee and snacks were first rate. I also appreciated the First Aid Kit that was provided as I needed band-aids for the blisters I got from so much walking in beautiful Paris! Enough cannot be said about the AMAZING location. This property is in the heart of St. Germain with the Abby and famous cafes a block away. We also ventured a few blocks over to the Latin Quarter and the amazing shops and cafes nearby. The property is easy walking distance to the museums, Luxembourg Garden and Notre Dame. The communication with the owner was beyond excellent. The day of check in we had quite the cab ride from CDG due to two major events in Paris that closed many streets. The owners assistant, Frank, was in constant contact and even got on the phone with our cab driver to help him navigate around all the closed roads. Paris also had a heat wave when we arrived, and Frank made sure to have a portable air-conditioner for us. Frank also walked us to the nearest grocery to show us our way around the area. There is a booklet provided for the property with every detail you could possibly need regarding how to work and where to find everything in the unit. There was also local information that was quite helpful. Thank you for all your care and attention to this property and your guests. We have recommended this property to our friends who plan to travel to Paris and can only hope we are able to return soon as well !

Great apartment in a great location

We stayed for 6 nights with two kids (16 and 7) and had a wonderful stay. It was warm in Paris that week and with the windows open there was street noise in the apartment but really wasn't a problem.

well appointed and perfectly located

This truly is my very favorite location in all of Paris: close to everything! I stayed here with my daughter, son in law and their two year old and we couldn't have been happier. True, the apartment is compact. But it has everything you could possibly need, including things that made our little girl very happy: comfortable area to play, crib, high chair, and protection against any sharp corners on counters to keep her safe. It's an extremely well thought out little apartment -- very clean with great lighting and a wonderful draft should you want some cool air. I mention this because we were in Paris the last week of May. An unusual heat wave pushed the temperatures outside to over 90F. We could have used the fans that are stored in the apartment, but we didn't have to. There are shutters and a two-way exposure allows there to be a delightful breeze. I should also say that every email I sent (with numerous questions, especially concerning supplies and arrival times, etc.) was promptly answered. I'm in Paris several times a year so I know the city well, but I don't really know the local tricks and favorites for young children. I got some wonderful ideas from the owners and I'm forever grateful for their helpfulness. One comment: the apartment is on the first floor. It faces a quiet street (and a courtyard for one of the bedrooms), but if you keep the windows wide open, you're going to hear the hum of happy diners in the evening. (But by 11 it all stops and there is complete silence.) Too, in the morning, you'll hear the city waking up. Not a problem! There isn't significant car traffic here and during the night (and afternoon!) hours, the place is really very peaceful. In sum -- a terrific place to stay! It was a beautiful and memorable eight day for us!

Graet apartment, great owner and terrific location

From the beginning of our inquiries, the owner was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment has the most perfect location ever, looks just like the pictures and has everything you need! It is not super huge but it was perfect for myself, my husband and our daughter and we could Easily accommodate a forth person. Recommend it highly.

This apartment is in the perfect spot in the 6th arr. Although the apartment is not huge, everything is clean and modern and works well. Dominique was early to meet us and very helpful. Just what we needed after staying in Hotels for 12 days!!

As this was our first experience with Home Away, I was a bit skeptical as to what the accommodations would be like. I was extremely happy with the apartment and would without a doubt stay at the same location again. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed and more. It was such a treat to spend the day enjoying all the sights of Paris and know we were coming back to our “home away from home” at the end of the day. If there was a rating system, this apartment would get a 5 out of 5 starts.

Excellent location and amenities

Upon arrival we found an immaculate and contemporary space with thoughtful design. Superb linens, kitchen features, and washer/dryer were a plus. We were very comfortable with ample room and privacy. We found it to be a very convenient location for shopping, dining, and museums. We will definitely book again!

Great Experience!

This was my 10th trip to Paris so I knew the location was ideal. The apartment is lovely. Very modern and obviously professionally designed. Every inch was maximized. Incredible attention to detail. Great beds, linens, and towels. Great showers. One bath has sink, toilet, shower, and washer and dryer; master bath has sink and tub with rain shower. We used the washer and dryer and they were a breeze to use. Paul was delightful. Was waiting for us when we arrived. Gave detailed instructions on use of all appliances and heaters in apt. Brought us a bottle of wine which shockingly we never drank because we were out and about the entire time. Provided us with name and number of taxi service that specializes in English speaking users. We used them and they arrived promptly as scheduled at 7 am! Guide books provided. Wifi worked like a charm. Also provided with an Information binder (with info on apt, restaurants, grocery stores, emergency info, etc) that was incredibly inclusive - a travel mate has rentals in England and she took some notes of things to include for her renters! Very easy to work with owner and booking was a breeze. Prior to initial booking I telephoned owner and he returned call within an hour or two. Subsequently he was very responsive to emails with questions related to times of access, etc. This apt left me wanting for nothing.

Great location! Very nice apartment!

My wife, adult daughter and I enjoyed 4 days in Paris. My daughter is a recent grad from college with an Art History degree. The apartments location was ideal to walk to multiple major museums. We also discovered that the neighborhood was an ideal place for a variety of good food venues. We were very pleased with the comfort, location and the amenities of the apartment. It was clean and very well maintained. The owner was very helpful in providing directions as was the individual who met us the first morning. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Wonderful apartment, excellent location!

This was a perfect location! The immediate area has so much to offer ~ shops, restaurants, cafes, groceries, wine store, cheese shop, bakeries, etc. and is close to many attractions and sites. The photos and description provided are accurate. In addition, the apartment is well equipped and the owner adds lovely, welcoming touches. He promptly answers questions and offers many helpful ideas and suggestions. The owner was wonderful to work with from start to finish.

Perfect apartment in the perfect location!

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids (8 & 10)) stayed in this wonderful apartment this summer and cannot wait to come back and do it all again! The apartment itself is pristine: clean, well-equipped and perfectly appointed. The communication with both the owner and the person tasked with letting us in (Paul) were timely and responsive. The location could not be better - we walked everywhere! I would recommend this to any and all families without hesitation. We cannot wait to come back.
