Welcome to my home!

Our apartment is composed of:
- A living room with comfortable sofas, including a couch bed, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table;
- A balcony with a sitting area;
- One bedroom with a king bed that will be made up of hotel-quality linen;
- A fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and all the kitchenware that you need;
- Access to shared facilities in the building: The swimming pool and gym.

Fresh towels and bedsheets are provided, along with complimentary toiletries, cleaning, and sanitisation before your arrival.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or the surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

The perfect place for both work and play. Dubai Marina, the world's largest man-made marina, is one of Dubai's most spectacular and vibrant areas. It is also 5 minutes walk to JBR Beach, with close proximity to Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and JLT making it convenient for business meetings and sightseeing.

The recommended mode of transport in Dubai is by taxi, it is often quite cheap depending on the distance. Otherwise, you can find multiple tram stops and the JLT or Damac Metro stops in the Dubai Marina, which allows you to visit many areas throughout Dubai. Alternatively, Careem & Uber are also available to you from wherever you are.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
