This apartment is located within the Casa de Campo resort complex, just minutes away from the charming Altos de Chavón village.

Please note: The air conditioning in the living room provides fan-only climate control and does not cool the air (it circulates air without refrigeration).

All guests renting private villas or apartments must register with the Villa Owners Club upon arrival. This property is in a private community, and identification will be requested from all guests for access. Daily rates per person are $30 per adult (12 years and older), $15 per child (ages 4–12), and free for children under 4 years old. (Note: Rates increased to $30/adult and $15/child effective February 1, 2026, for stays under 30 days—confirm the exact current amount upon booking or arrival.)
