The Space: This cozy bungalow sits on the back of an oversized tree-lined lot offering extra privacy. The house has an open floor plan, large master bedroom & spacious office/guest room with a dedicated working area.
Washer/dryer in unit. Smart TV, fast wifi, and gym equipment. Kitchen connects to an oversized living area and separate dining area. Full bath with shower and tub.
An oversized porch offers outdoor dining and a hammock for extra relaxing. A catio (outdoor cat patio) allows your kitties to experience sunshine. The yard is fully fenced for doggies and offers built in windows for your pups to look out of. Property is a bird and butterfly certified habitat!

I'm moving to Washington State short-term to work as a whale watch tour guide from April to September this year. I'm looking for a short-term renter with a minimum of a 90-day stay. Longer renters will receive a discount! Max days to rent are between April 10th and September 30th, 2024.

Located in the trendy Hourglass district, the house is walking distance to local bars and eateries. It's a five-minute drive to downtown Orlando and 408/I4. Theme parks are twenty-minutes away. You'll be in the middle of things, without having to worry about the hustle and bustle of traffic and crowds.

The bungalow is in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, and sits at the back of an oversized lot, offering extra peace and privacy. The property is a certified bird and butterfly habitat, and very pet-friendly. A catio (cat patio) is attached to the side of the house, offering indoor cats the chance to sunbathe. The fully-fenced in yard has doggy windows built into the fence to give your pups the chance to people watch. The house is surrounded by trees, has a lot of natural lighting, is quiet, cozy, and has a coastal rustic vibe.
