Nate was awesome to work with! House was perfect, had everything we needed for our short stay in Cedar Rapids. Clean and location was in a nice neighborhood! Will stay there again next year for the AAU Girls Wrestling Meet!

Everything was great and in a convenient location for our stay. Beds were a firm memory foam, which was too much for me, but I did learn that I don't ever want to buy one! That's a plus!

Staying in a beautiful home that is equipped with everything you need helps with making it feel like your home away from home. This was my second stay and it just felt so comfortable. Very spacious!

We enjoyed our stay there. Quiet neighborhood, nice yard, nice house. Lot’s of space. We had a great time. We were there for a family reunion in the area. Check in was easy.

Nate is a fantastic host. He is very responsive and wants you to be happy with your stay. The beds are super comfortable and the showers are hot. There is lots of room to hang out. We were happy with the location - very close to an excellent grocery store and many delicious restaurants. The dog was extremely happy with the fenced in back yard. Highly recommend.

Sisters trip

We had an awesome time saying at this property, there were 6 of us. There was plenty of space more than enough restrooms outside was great for eating. It's close to a lot of different things, things that we toured enjoyed it a lot.

Stayed here for a work trip, basement and upstairs worked really well to have communal and separate spaces. Would stay here again.

Clean and Cozy

This home is in a delightful neighborhood! Easy access to more than one grocery store and major traffic arteries on the NE side of town. Convenient to I-380, too! We can only hope it’s available the next time we visit the Cedar Rapids/Marion area!
