Centrally located near Downtown, the Texas Medical Center, Houston Zoo, Downtown, all Sports Stadiums, University of Houston, TSU, Rice University, Galveston, Hobby Airport and Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Fully furnished. WIFI and Smart 50" Roku TV. AC & Heat. Washer/Dryer - Inside the unit. Full Kitchen. Office Desk. Fully Stocked Kitchen with Utensils, Plates, Pots, Pans and Cooking Spices. Complimentary Coffee and Water.

•Other things to note•

1) PARKING DETAILS:
-PAID Gated Parking available @5/day per automobile. Photo of the vehicle and license plate required. Towing enforced.
-Also available is FREE street parking (must abide by all City of Houston street parking signs)
-Do NOT park in off-street front parking spaces along 1903 Commonwealth. They belong to the commercial office building next door.

2) The unit is located on the first floor.

3) Additional Pet Fees Required. Please Inquire for Info!

4) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.

Nice overall just noisy! Walls thin neighbors upstairs we heard them all night walking, baby running, chairs sliding… and the AC unit is so loud on top of that. Location on map shows a different location than where it is actually located.
