Bay Central, or Bay Central Tower, is located in the famous community of Dubai Marina in the middle of all the goings-on in the same building and 5 minutes walk from the public sandy beaches. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk to without having to take any form of transport. The JBR Walk and Bluewaters Island is a few minute walk.

This delightful high-floor 60 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. It is centrally located to enjoy everything the city offers, perfect for guests exploring its enchanting streets.

As you step inside this renovated and upgraded unit, you'll be greeted by a gorgeously furnished and bright living space, thanks to the panoramic windows with a full Marina view that fills the apartment with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a large sofa convertible into a 1.2-meter-wide bed where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a large 4K Android TV (Internet browser, Netflix, YouTube, Games, Chromecast streaming, etc.) to watch all your favourite shows. The apartment also has universal sockets with USB slots and ambient lighting.

The fully equipped kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

The en suite bedroom is elegantly decorated, including a king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. There's a dedicated workspace and a chair for you to do work while sitting in comfort.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including a bathtub, clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighbourhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line the waterside promenade of Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet skiing to skydiving.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest tram stations, JBR Tram Station 1 and JBR Tram Station 2, are just a 2-minute walk.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
