Relax in the comfy living room, furnished with a comfortable seating area, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area where you can dine with loved ones. There's also a furnished balcony to lounge and enjoy the fresh air!
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal.
There are two bedrooms. One has a king-sized bed, and the second has a double bed. Both beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathrooms have all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The home is always professionally cleaned for your safety.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access.
Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided.

The apartment is located in Bahar, one of the Jumeirah Beach Residences Buildings, which is connected to different restaurants and is accessible to transportation. It is at a walking distance to the beach, 8 minutes to the Marina, and 30 minutes from the Dubai International Airport.
On the beach, one can enjoy water sports activities, and if feeling adventurous, they can try the famous Dubai Sky Diving, which is 8 minutes drive away. There are also nearby attractions such as Bluewater's Island and the Marina Walk Area. There is a variety of restaurants around the area, from fast foods to fine dining in the nearby hotels.
In JBR Walk, there are pharmacies, grocery stores, and souvenir shops. The closest mall is the Dubai Marina Mall, which is 15 minutes drive, and Choitarms supermarket located there.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest train station, Jumeirah Beach Residence 1, Seaside Bus stop and Jumeirah Beach Residence Tram Station, are just less than a 10-minute walk.
Dubai International Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
