Guest access
Guests have full and private access to the entire garden suite during their stay. This isn’t a shared space—you’ll enjoy the freedom and peace of your own private retreat, complete with a separate entrance, your own fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living areas designed for extended comfort.
Whether you’re working remotely, visiting a loved one at the nearby hospitals, or just settling in during a move to the city, you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips—including high-speed WiFi, in-suite laundry, and complimentary Netflix for cozy nights in.
Best of all? You’re just a 2-minute walk to Whyte Ave, one of Edmonton’s most dynamic and walkable districts—filled with coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and boutique shopping. You can park your car for days and explore on foot.
Everything you see in the photos is for your private use, including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and living area. No spaces are shared with other units.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the suite that record to the cloud 24/7.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
