The Space:
Welcome to our cozy nest, where every detail is designed with your comfort in mind. Before you pack your bags and set your sights on our charming retreat, there's just a little heads-up we'd like to share: There is a set of 5 stairs leading up to the building entrance and once inside, a spiral staircase which leads down to the lower suite and laundry area. We encourage you to ponder this as you plan your stay, ensuring it's the perfect fit for your adventure. If you have further questions regarding the steps, we are simply a message away!

Living Room: A 65-inch Smart TV stands ready to entertain, offering Netflix and the ability to log into your own channel subscriptions. Nestled beside it, a table for four invites intimate dinners or morning coffee chats.

Venture further in, and the kitchen beckons, fully equipped and with a door that opens to a spacious deck, basking in the glow of the southwestern sun. Here, the spiral staircase welcomes you to the second guest suite and laundry area on the ground level.

Adjacent to the living room, a king bedroom awaits, promising restful nights on a 12-inch Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattress and quality cotton sheets. Nearby, a full bathroom features a standing shower with invigorating water pressure and a sleek glass door, ensuring your shower experience is relaxing and enjoyable.

On the ground level, a second king bedroom and en-suite bathroom offer solitude and privacy, perfect for guests who appreciate having separate space under one roof. Our 55-inch Roku smart TV offers plenty of entertainment for evenings in after a long day on the town. This floor also provides a door leading directly to the driveway, ensuring easy comings and goings.

As part of a 3-unit building, the gentle hum of daily life is expected but our quiet hours provide a restful experience for our guests.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment. There is a shared main entrance to the building.

Our property warmly welcomes furry friends! We are proud to be pet-friendly, and to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, a pet fee is applicable. Kindly seek prior approval to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for both you and your four-legged companion.
Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.
