This home was amazing! Staff was incredible!

Our stay was blessed from the beginning with welcome greetings by the entire staff. Awesome home with beauty beyond words. Unimaginable sunsets! The kids loved the movie theater. The chef was willing to do anything our hearts desired.

Beautiful home on the beach with modern technology and upgrades.

As beautiful as the home, weather and the beach were, it was really the all-inclusive option and the staff that made this a great trip. Sarah our host and Kelvin our chef were absolutely remarkable. I also have to mention our bar tenders Grey and Stephanie as well as the cleaning staff. You need to book your visit.

Out of this world experience!!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The house has all the features you can imagine!! It's perfect for any type of activity or just to have a peaceful time with family. The service was amazing, from the moment we walked in they gave us a tour and received us with a basket full of fruit and wine. The manager was available at all times for questions or any doubts. In overall our experience was excellent and truly can't wait to go back!!!

Amazingly wonderful!

We have travelled and stayed at many homes and Casa Herdz is truly at the top. From the beginning working with the owner was easy and with his responses being so immediate it took away all stress. The house is a beautiful home with magnificent artwork. Our family of 13 adults and 3 children enjoyed, relaxed, played and ate! The all inclusive option is totally worth it, Linda, Angel ( food beyond belief), Eric ( hospitality, kindness and expertise) and Merida ( taking care of us and the house) made our stay fabulous. Many thanks !!

Great place in Puerto Rico

The house is gorgeous and the staff is even better. It's technologically advanced with sonos, apple tv, and flat screen tvs all controlled by ipads. The pool bar area makes you feel like you are in a resort. There were 14 girls and everyone had an amazing time. The beach area is lovely and the grounds were perfect. We didn't really venture out much, but we did swim over to Crash Boat Bech. All marble flooring throughout the house is a nice touch. One minor complaint I have is that the shower temp was warm and not hot, but overall everything else was perfect. I highly recommend this place to celebrate a special occasion or just a nice getaway.

Amazing - better than I imagined!

Casa Herdz is fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were so impressed - what a beautiful home, warm and helpful staff, and a great location! I often worry that the pictures on line are going to "oversell" the place, but it was the opposite with this one - it was even more beautiful than the pictures! Sarah, Marida, Johanna and all the staff were great - there to help with anything we needed, and so nice! I will say, there were some things that didn't work - a couple of the televisions, not very hot water, the outdoor grill (it worked the first day, then never again), and the power went out a few times when several appliances were running (but we just had to flip the breaker to get it back on). But overall, this place is fantastic and I would definitely recommend it....and we may be back!!! Thank you for such an amazing place to celebrate my birthday with friends and family - it was truly memorable.

Awesome experience

Casa Hertz was an excellent vacation spot for all ages. Our family had a variety of all ages, and everyone enjoyed themselves from small to tall!! the place was very quiet and beautiful. We were greeted by Sarah the Manager, who does an excellent job keeping you comfortable and enjoying your stay. The villa is well kept and cleaned every day by a great group of people. Marida and her helpers couldn't be kinder, or more helpful. Its nice to see caring people that really do care that you have a great experience at the villa. If you choose to be pampered Linda and Her Son are excellent Chef's, cooked us a great Puerto Rican meal. The villa is well equipped with all your needs, from cooking utensils to water gear. The pool or Jacuzzi are great places to just hang out, very clean and comfortable. The water and coral reef is beautiful right off the beach, and Crash Boat Beach is right around the corner. The place really is a piece of Paradise!!! I would give it 6 stars if I could, truly for the people there that help make your stay unforgettable.

Absolutely best in class!

We spent 5 days in Casa Herdz with my wife & 2 daughters and my 2 brothers with their families. This villa boasts unparalleled ocean views from every corner of the property turned tropical paradise, and from the first moment you walk in. Each suite is sumptuous in its own way and outfitted to a luxuriously comfortable standard. Whether your thing is sipping freshly prepared cocktails in the infinity pool, stargazing from the jacuzzi in the evening or snorkeling in pristine coral reef(private beach). We chose the all inclusive package and it was the best decision, my favorite part of the vacation was the service provided by the staff. Meals are provided three times a day, not just any meals but wonderful meals. Kelvin is a fabulous chef. We enjoyed every meal, the fun part would be waiting at the table to see what was being served especially for dessert, they were wonderful. This property, location of this home, the accommodations, the amenities, the decor, inclusive features, food, and especially the staff are all TOP SHELF. Thanks to Sarah, Merida, Jessica, Kimberly and Miguel, we were treated like kings and queens and were never in need. I promise you will not be disappointed staying here. This HOME is fabulous!!!

We absolutely just had a wonderful stay at Casa Herdz - we were hesitant after Maria, that it wouldn't be the same, but it was Heaven - from the time we got there and Sarah the property manager giving us the tour, we knew we made the right decision on keeping our reservation! AJ the owner was awesome in texting and emailing after the Hurricane and letting me know that everything was going to be ok! This home is even more magical in person - from the staff, (we went the all-inclusive) Linda and Angel the Chefs were phenomenal - from the breakfasts, lunches and fabulous dinners, they were amazing!!!! They even packed us outstanding lunches to go when we were on the move! Wesley and Lori were awesome bartenders making sure we had drinks at all times and even came up with wonderful shots! We were a party of 11 and the house was fabulous! We felt like rock stars - Sarah, Linda, Angel , Wesley and Lori made us feel that way all week long! The maids were very friendly also - there is nothing to complain about in this house, you really didn't have to lift a finger - everyone was very easy to talk with, very down to earth and now they are all part of our family - I'm so glad we didn't cancel this trip after Hurricane Maria - bring tourism back - this home is ready - you will feel extremely relaxed, comfortable and enjoy every minute of your vacation! I truly don't know how to top this vacation it was that special! The house, pool, food, hospitality, the view everything was top notch! We will be returning!!! Thank you again AJ for a fabulous trip!

The best place ever!

Casa Herdz is the ideal place for a large family group like ours consisting of nine adults and six children ages 1-10 years. The rooms were comfortable, nicely decorated, and each one had a bathroom with many towels and complimentary toiletries. The house was ample enough to allow togetherness at times and privacy on other occasions. One of the favorite rooms to meet was the family room where the kids played or watched TV while the rest of us played board games. Another favorite was the cool movie theater: excellent set-up! The kitchen, dining room, and living room are within view and easy access to the bedrooms, a plus for us. My personal favorite thing about the house was getting up in the morning to a spotless kitchen and clean common areas! The housekeeping staff is excellent! After everybody was up, they did the bedrooms too. The pool was wonderful. Every morning it was cleaned by silent pool men. Some of the children were partial to the adjoining jacuzzi and used it as a kiddie pool, with or without the "bubbles." Many things can recommend this property, but the highest recommendation I can give is that you are their priority. Sarah Pabon, the property manager, called at least every other day to ask if we were doing well and if we needed anything taken care of and proceeded to solve immediately any situation that came up. She also promptly responded to our calls. The housekeeping staff had the same attitude of efficient service with a smile. In my experience, you don't get that at other places with similar price tags. We would repeat our stay on our next Puerto Rico vacation.

Spectacular! One of our BEST Vacations!

We stayed here with 4 families, children 12-16 for 8 days. The house is very well designed, with a spectacular view of ocean & sunsets. Bedrooms were very comfortable. The pictures are 100% accurate. It is an amazing house with everything you could possibly need. The movie theater room was a big hit with everyone! It was a great escape when it rained and later at night. We brought our own movies but they had a great collection as well. Apple TV's and cable on every TV. The treadmills worked and we put them to use every day. One of the best features of the house is the steps down to the ocean. Amazing snorkeling. We all spent a lot of time exploring the great sea life a few miles north of the house and a few miles south. They provided 3 kayaks and we also had a SUP delivered to the house. Highly recommend! We optioned for the all inclusive. I wasn't sure about how it would work out, but we also didn't want to cook for 14 every day. Linda and Angel were so thoughtful about the meals. We really left it up to them to cook what they thought we would like and every meal was absolutely delicious. Every one of the staff was so kind and so attentive. They really made the trip special and we are so grateful for every one of them - Sarah, Eric, Mari, Merida, Johanna, Raisa, Miguel and Edgar. It was sad to leave. We rented two mini vans which gave us the opportunity to rent surf boards and explore surf breaks that were recommended by the staff. We had a lot of surfers in the group and it was fun to adventure out part of the day and see the beautiful Puerto Rican beaches. I would recommend renting cars if you want to explore. Even the closest beach -Crashboat beach - you will need to drive to. If you do go you have to jump off the pier - makes for great pictures. All 14 of us agreed it was a fantastic trip! Having rented houses all over the world I would have to say this is top of the list!

Our week in heaven

Casa Herdz was more than we ever dreamed it would be. The place is absolutely gorgeous and the service is impeccable. The food was the best I've ever had and the bar service was phenomenal. We are a group of 12 from Texas and drink more than the average, but that was not a problem. Sarah (house manager) fulfilled our every request including beer choices not on the original list; she is awesome. My son was sick and she even went to the pharmacy to pick up antibiotics for him; where else would you get service like that? Jeffrey was amazing and kept the frozen concoctions coming faster than we could drink them. I can't say enough about the staff. Sarah even took us on a couple of excursions and the experience was above all PERFECTION. My husband and I were there with our closest friends to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and they made it most memorable; including a cake on our special dinner night. I am only sorry our stay couldn't be longer but I am praying to get back there in the future. If you are looking to spend a week in paradise and not have to lift a finger this is the place for you. There aren't enough stars to rate this place. Thank you AJ, Sarah, Kalvin, Jeffrey, E, and Manny for a wonderful time. You will be missed greatly.

Beyond expectations

What an amazing experience..... AJ was extremely accommodating and very professional from the moment i first emailed him Let me first start off saying he is not a wedding planner but omg he guided me every step of the way he became my personal wedding planner” 😊😊 he helped us create our dream wedding. He went above and beyond to make sure we was at ease every step of the way. The house itself is paradise, all I can say is wow, the ocean view of this house is breathtaking The staff at Casa Herdz are outstanding: Sarah the house manager is truly amazing from her welcoming smile and friendly personality makes everyone feel at ease. Accommodating isn’t even the word I can use for her she’ll make the impossible possible, from helping us out with or vows last minute, to switching the propane tank @ 9:30 pm, to entertaining the kids so we can gather our thoughts ,to bringing us Fritura @10pm at night..... she’s genuine and kind shes beautiful soul... She truly made us feel special The housekeepers were remarkable they made sure everything was perfect for us, we didn’t even notice them there..

Sweet 16 Couldn't Have Been Any Sweeter!

We choose this property to celebrate our daughter's Sweet 16. We were a family of 16. The house is amazing, beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. From the time we arrived to the time we left the staff treated us like royalty. Sarah, the house manager went above and beyond to accommodate our every need and the extra touches she made for my daughter's Sweet 16 dinner were so sweet. Kelvin and Emuale, the chefs cooked every meal with perfection. The food was outstanding and were were stuffed! The wait staff and the house cleaning staff kept the house in tip top shape and we never wanted for anything. Julie, our bartender, made amazing drinks for us and always kept our glasses full. I highly recommend this property and go with the all inclusive, you will not regret it!

We left our hearts at Casa Herdz!

This house is extraordinarily beautiful in every way. Just got home from spending a week there on vacation with family and never anticipated gaining a new family in the staff this week - Sara, Kelvin, Juli, and Emmanuel were among the staff that couldn't have made this vacation more spectacular. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and we truly appreciate them for not only what they did, but for who they are as people. My family and I are truly grieving having to leave. Thank you AJ and your fabulous staff for giving us memories we'll always keep dear in our hearts!

A Perfect Family Vacation

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Herdz for a family getaway. And what a pleasure it was! I knew we made the right decision in booking Casa Herdz immediately upon our arrival. We were welcomed outside the front door with smiling faces and tropical drinks for each of our 12 guests. When we stepped into the home, it was even more breathtaking than the online photos! The house is an architectural masterpiece appointed with quality furnishings and artwork, and the views out to the pool area overlooking the ocean were magnificent! Sara, the property manager, was always by our side to assure everything went smoothly during our week. From arranging airport pick-ups for us to making reservations for our excursions, she was always there to assure our experiences were perfect! Julie and Kelvin fed us delicious meals throughout the week and made sure our drink glasses were always filled with tasty tropical potions! And Merida and her housekeeping staff were onsite every morning to ensure the house was spotless each and every day. By the end of our week, we felt like they were all part of our family, and we were sad to have to say goodbye. In summary, being in a beautiful home with spectacular views made our vacation wonderful. But the warmth and generosity of the staff is what really made our vacation priceless. I highly recommend Casa Herdz to all those looking for a perfect vacation!

My Wedding was the Best!

I did my wedding here and was unbelievable! The best views, the best conditions, great service from them, and no need to go out since you have everything there: pool, movie theater, kayaks & snorkeling for the beach, you name it! Full recommended and soon i will be returning!!!

Relaxing yoga retreat!!!

I brought a group to Casa Herdz for a yoga retreat. The home was gorgeous and so was the view! The chef was extremely accommodating and flexible and the food was delicious. The manager was very helpful in arranging massages, etc. We all had a wonderful time and hope to return in the future

Great Spot

This place was amazing and the staff was fantastic. Kelvin, the head chef, was creative and accommodating. We had a slight problem that was addressed immediately. The food was wonderful. The only drawback was the distance of the property from major attractions.

Best wedding celebration location!! House and views are breath taking!

We had a small wedding celebration with 34 guests. All the staff were over the top and anything needed or issues that may have come up was taken care of by Sarah immediately. Chef Kelvin food was like the best!! Breakfast, lunch and dinner there was always happy plates ( all food was eaten). We had our ceremony on the large rock on the beach with tide splashing our feet and legs, took the plunge into the ocean afterwards. All our guests were taken by the beauty of this property. Thank you to the staff, AJ and his family for making this truly an event that will be talked about forever....

Best wedding ever

Our stay at Casa Herdz was an amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond in helping us with anything we needed right from the time we land at the airport to the last second of our departure. AJ was very responsive and could not have asked for a better host, Sarah the property manager definitely did a great job in making sure everything was working in the villa, master chef Calvin made sure our belly’s were full of his delicious food and our hands equipped with the right drink we wanted, Maria with the help of her housekeeping crew made sure the place was neat and we were made comfortable. We also had our wedding here and just as everyone in the staff was great Sarah the wedding coordinator pulled an amazing wedding. All of our guests, both staying in the Villa and the ones that visited for the wedding were astonished at how beautiful the place was both for the wedding and the regular days. They were also amazed at how delicious the food and how helpful the staff was. We can’t express enough how happy we were with our stay and would recommend Casa Herdz to anyone that would like to experience a great vacation. Thank you AJ and the entire staff for hosting us and we would love to stay at your place again.

One of my best vacations !!!

I spent with my co-workers one of the best vacations I've had in one of the most spectacular properties in Puerto Rico, Casa Herdz. The view to the sea, the infinity pool with bar and the service make this a perfect spot for a perfect vacation. If you want to spend a few days with your friends / family in one of the best places in Puerto Rico, do not hesitate and book at Casa Herdz, I guarantee it. I hope to come back soon.
