Belmont NC Riverfront 2-Bedroom Garden Suite

Summary:
Located directly on the banks of the Catawba River, (Lake Wylie) this newly remodeled 2-Bedroom, 1-Bath Garden Suite is less than 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Belmont, National Whitewater Center and Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens. It's also convenient to everything in Charlotte the Airport (10 Min.) Uptown Museums/Restaurants/Bars (20 Min.), Concord Mills Mall/Premium Outlet Mall, Charlotte Motor Speedway (30 Min.) and Crowders Mountain State Park via major Interstates (I-85, I-485, I-77).

The Space:
GARDEN SUITE FEATURES:
Very Private – Located at the end of a Cul de Sac with water on three sides.
No Hassle keypad Access Check In
Sleeps up to 4 Guests. (1 King, 1 Queen)
Entire Suite is On One Level – No Stairs. It is located below the main house and there is not access to the main house and the main house
Has no access.
Amazing Views of Catawba River from multiple vantage points including from both inside and outside the Garden Suite.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Sorry, No Pets.
NOTE: Full-Time tenant (not the property owner) lives in unit above Garden Suite, so you may hear slight foot traffic and/or muffled voices above occasionally.
Guest have access to all areas on the grounds including Waterfront Pier and Dock, Waterfront Fire Pit and Select Kayaks/Paddles (user assumes all risk and agrees to provide own PDF - Personal Flotation Device/Life Preserver).

Guest Access:
A push button key pad is located on the front door of the Suite . To light up the key pad touch the bottom left corner and when it lights up
put your code in. Please wait until the lock has opened to open the door. You will receive the lock code 48 hours prior to check in. If you dont have a code
by then please send me a message.

The Neighborhood:
Located at the end of a very private Cul de sac and directly on the waterfront of Lake Wylie. Less than 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Belmont, National Whitewater Center and Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens and also convenient to everything Charlotte including the Airport, Uptown Museums/Restaurants/Bars, Concord Mills Mall/Premiere Outlet Mall, Charlotte Motor Speedway and Crowders Mountain State Park.

Getting Around:
Extremely convenient to three major Interstates (I-85, I-485, I-77). Kayak/Canoe from out front yard to the National Whitewater Center just a few miles up the Catawba River. Great nature/walking/hiking experience at Iswa Nature Preserve less than one-mile away.

This was the perfect location for our stay in the Charlotte area. Ample cookware with a nice galley kitchen, Keurig machine, regular coffee maker, microwave, stove and dishwasher. Bed was very comfortable and the back yard had beautiful views of the Catawba River. Very close to the Whitewater Center. Check in and check out was very simple and easy.

We absolutely loved this unit. It was so comfortable and clean and the view was spectacular. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the washing machine. My only complaint is that, even though warned of people living above, the footsteps were louder than we had anticipated. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay.

perfect little place

Just stayed for 2 short days. Close to airport which was ideal. Close to the town of Belmont which is so cute. The place itself had everything we needed and was super nice too.

Peaceful and beautiful setting

We stayed 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay immensely. We relaxed 2 of those days just fishing and kayaking in the river..that was unplanned. We also had dinner one evening in nearby historic Belmont & realized we were very close to the US National Whitewater Center where we biked; but they have so many other activities as well. We truly relaxed here, and the couch and the bed were so comfortable....such a nice getaway.

AMAZING stay and so close to Belmont Abbey College for sporting events!!!

It was an amazing stay as usual. Our son goes to BAC and plays a sport. We love how close it is to the school so we get to enjoy watching his games when we are in town visiting. Nice and enjoyable stay with amenities!!! We have stayed here many times and LOVE the beautiful view everyday. THANK YOU!!!

Harbor House Weekend Getaway

Very nice, comfortable garden suite. Accommodated myself, my husband and our 2 granddaughters very well. Beautiful scenery and wildlife to watch. Will definitely visit again.

Quiet cozy place

The view was great! The owner was super friendly! And the place was amazing!!! The fireplace was picture perfect and even though the tide was really low the walk on the dock was beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Mike was an excellent and responsive host, who went out of his way to stay in contact with us. The property is beautiful and peaceful, and a lot of time was spent on the point near the water. The kitchen is small but fully stocked and we lacked for nothing. Beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower, and great views from every room. Loved kayaking right off the point. We will be back here, no doubt.
