Located in Conchas Chinas, only minutes from the famous Conchas Chinas Beach. On the fourth floor, the unit boasts two bedrooms with king-size beds and 2.5 bathrooms.
The unit boasts air conditioning throughout and a kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances including a fridge, stove, and dishwasher. There is seating for four at the oversized island. The open concept flows through to the living room where there is lots of seating and open to the balcony with view of the ocean and pool.
Please note the pool will be under repair and closed from June 20th - July 8th, 2025 (no pool/terrace access and there will be work noise and dust during this time). Please inquiry about a construction discount if booking during this month.
