Wonderful condo!

We came up PV for our daughter’s wedding, and this condo was perfect for our family to stay together. It was beautiful, wonderful location, and lots of room and amenities. The host was easy to contact, she made the trip perfect.

Stay was amazing house was just as described and the location was in a beautiful area!

The property is located in a beautiful area and easy access to catch a cab at a taxi site near costa sur(about a 3 minute walk). My first impression of the house was that it looked just like the pictures! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay overlooking the ocean and sea life.

Water front remote condo

The property is clean and updated with incredible wall to wall glass views of the ocean and a nice patio for outside whale and dolphin watching. Small infinity pool was nice as well off the lower level stairs or elevator. My only issue with this property was how remote it is and no beach access. To make this property a stay to enjoy you need a rental car and you need to go grocery shopping for your time there. The property is off a twisty coastal 2 lane road that does not have sidewalks and the Ubers will pass people on blind corners without a care for your life one bit. Wild couple rides for us then we bounced to an awesome hotel in the Malecon.

condo was in a beautiful area south of PV.

it was difficult to get into the unit. once in condo views were incredible we watched whales, manta rays, and dolphins all week. Interior wassubstandard. Linen in one of the guest rooms was either stained or unclean. Guest bathroom had no towels or hot water! dead bugs in window sills and in the cooking pans.

Spectacular!

This place is very comfortable and homey. The space is absolutely perfect for up to 6 people. We especially liked that we could relax in the living room area with the sliding glass doors opened up and still experience the ocean. And the bonus of course is the private terrace, we spent so many hours up here whale watching, and the whale watching was epic this year. The pool area is great, but the temperature of the of water was too cold for most of us. Salud!

Beautiful View, Great location

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked in. The wall of windows overlooking the ocean is a rare find and allowed us to whale watch right from our balcony. Everything worked as it should inside and Dolores kindly left beach towels for us to use during our many treks to the ocean. She was helpful and responsive each time I reached out with a question. We would definitely stay again.

Spectacular Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vista Real. Dolores was responsive to our questions and provided the information we needed. The location and views are outstanding and provided daily sightings of whales and even one very unexpected and joyful view of about 8 dolphins. The weather was ideal and the condo, pool and roof top area were perfect for relaxing and enjoyed the sun.

Wonderful Seaside Penthouse

Vista Real is magical. Whales rays and dolphins play in front of your spacious sundeck. The kitchen is well equipped and living and dining areas are comfortable. Everyone drifted off to sleep to the sound of the pounding surf. The Uber drivers are abundant and we were close to a bus stop. This is one of our favorite rentals.

Stop. Go somewhere else.

Property is next door to a PARTY rental and they blast ugly music until 3:00AM. We tried talking to them. No use. We called the police No use and welcome to Mexico. Property manager is useless Go somewhere else.

Puerto Vallarta condo

We stayed in this condo for two weeks. It is older but well kept up. The kitchen is well stocked and it's nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The host was responsive to an A/C problem that we had and any other communication that we sent her. This unit is not suitable for young children as it is on the top floor and there is a very steep drop from the patio to the pool area on the first level.

Amazing Stay

This condo is stunning. Amazing views of the ocean, a perfect pool, the rooms are all large and they had thought of everything you might need during your stay. Beach items, bags, towels, well equipped kitchen, tables, chairs, etc. The location was quiet but it was so easy to get to everything. We stayed here for a wedding in a villa down the street, and it was overall just a perfect stay!

Beautiful views!

Great view! Directions to get keys was very easy! Was hot when we first showed up but the a/c cooled it off pretty quick. We used Uber to get to town which was really affordable.

Beautiful Views

We just returned from a week at this property. It is exactly like it is in the pictures. The location is excellent and a quick bus ride into the romantic zone is only 20 pesos. The condo is very good value for the money and the property owner was very easy to communicate with. We would return.

Fantastic quiet location on the ocean

Excellent stay in this spacious penthouse with views to the ocean from every room. We often used and appreciated the pool. Easy 6$ Uber to downtown PV. We are considering returning next year.

Wonderful Place!

I can't say enough good things about Dolores' lovely apartment in Puerto Vallarta. It is immaculate, tastefully decorated, comfortable, quiet, and with a just spectacular water view. We literally couldn't stop taking pictures of the gorgeous sunsets we saw daily and had every meal outside on our beautiful balcony. Dolores really goes the extra mile in making sure there are plenty of towels, pillows, 2 blenders, straw bags for shopping and even a milk frothier ( I'm buying one for my place!) ! We felt completely at home. The pool area is lovely ( nicer even than the pictures) and in 10 days we only saw another living person twice, so we really had it all to ourselves. The local beach ( Las Palmares) is beautiful, uncrowded, a few minutes away and mostly populated with locals. Beach chair rentals were $25 per day each so we choose to purchase our own at Walmart instead. Be aware you really can't walk to too many places and need either a car or to rely on Uber. We choose Uber which was challenging a few times as we didn't have a phone signal from the beach but this cleared up in 10- 20 minutes and only happened a few times. Other than that is is a quick 15 minutes into town and for the most part Ubers arrived promptly. We did walk to a very nearby hotel ( Costa Sur, to the right as you walk out the front door) and had a delicious and moderately priced lunch one day which was great. Dolores is a dream Host to work with. She answers your inquires usually within an hour. I had some special requests and had to change my reservation a few times and she was kind and accommodating throughout. All in all, you will be happy with this great accommodation! Thank you, Dolores for a wonderful vacation. We hope to return next year! Linda and Jim

Great ocean/ balcony view

All in all it was pretty good, but didn’t like that when we arrived at 6 PM the cleaning lady and her daughter were still there waiting on the washer which made it awkward. The view was fantastic and even saw whales, dolphins, turtles and a Ray. The rooms were very decent size and quite clean with large closets. The main bath near the entrance seemed to have a constant odor. A few minor inconveniences such as no paper towels, no sponge for dishes at the sink and noticed some leftover rotten milk in the frother which we had to clean. Would definitely stay here again as it was very convenient to get to and from any place using Uber.

Quiet Retreat

Condo was spacious and well appointed. Loved the ocean view from the balcony. Whales, sailboats and fishing boats were very entertaining. We would have enjoyed the pool if it had been heated.
