Come stay at The Lily Pad and get away from it all. Relax in the 7-person hot tub or spend a few minutes in the sauna. Enjoy roasting marshmallows and sharing laughs at the custom fire pit. Enjoy some popcorn and your favorite streaming services in our movie lounge. Relive childhood memories with nostalgic arcade games. Challenge your group to one of the many games we have waiting for you. We even have felt and poker chips for playing cards.

We have high-speed internet to keep you and your group connected. If you must answer some emails, there is a workspace so that you can focus and then get back to enjoying your stay. We are 20 minutes to downtown Asheville and close to local activities including hiking, water sports, wineries & local craft breweries, and so much more! Plenty of great restaurants in the area ranging from fast food, pub fare, and fine dining.

Overall nice stay 20 minutes from downtown Asheville.

Nice house in good condition with lots of amenities for the family. Cleaning could improve and provided specific feedback to owner.

Great Place to Gather!

The place was as beautiful as shown in the pictures. It has great amenities when saying on site. Lots of fun and plenty of room to gather or stretch out. Also, just a short drive to downtown or other attractions. The host was very responsive and helpful.

family reunion

We gathered to celebrate my mother's 80th bday. The house was very warm, accomodating and lots of activities and very well stocked. We wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to stay again in future.

We extend a warm welcome to our cherished retreat in Asheville, The Lily Pad. We are thrilled for your upcoming stay at our residence and sincerely hope you have a splendid vacation, enjoying it as much as our family does. Jasmine and I, your hosts, are here to assist with any queries and offer recommendations for dining and adventures. However, we respect your privacy and will ensure you have a peaceful and relaxing stay. Located just North of Asheville in Leicester, The Lily Pad provides a secluded atmosphere while being only a 20-minute drive from downtown Asheville.

Both Jasmine and I are former US Army Veterans who transitioned into real estate investing after the military. We take great joy in owning and managing short-term rentals and helping others do the same. Traveling and creating new memories with our four daughters and friends are among our passions. If you have any suggestions to enhance your stay based on your experience with us, please feel free to share.
