Please note: A small part of road to Top Water Perch is gravel. Guests should be aware that in times of winter weather, including snow or ice, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended for easy and safe access to the property. It’s recommended to check road conditions before arrival.

We had a great stay! This property is at the end of a street, super quiet and peaceful. Ideal for a relaxing time and with amazing views. Property had great amenities and we even enjoyed the fireplace!. Fully stocked and nothjng else was needed except groceries. Accesible to Boone, Charlotte and other cool towns. I will definitively recommend this place if you want to explore what NC has to offer. Thank you Jamie for letting us enjoy your house!.

The host provided a lots of essentials items for the forgetting visitors! I wanted to kayak but only the kid size was available! Lots of walking required going up and down the rocky path to access amenities! Over all a great choice!

Awesome stay

House and amenities are great, so is the location. Unfortunately during our stay the weather did not cooperate so we weren't able to enjoy all the awesome outdoor features.

We had a great stay here! The host really has the place well equipped. Clean, great location, peaceful dock that you can swim off of. The kayaks and paddle board were fun. (But be aware that they have a weight limit of around 225 lb). Lots to do in the area. Great communication with the host

Amazing stay!

We stayed in this cabin for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. Jamie was so accommodating leaving us snacks and the place had everything we needed for cooking. The view and location of the cabin was perfect and complete with a hammock overlooking the lake and a dock with chairs where we were able to sit and talk perfect for a weekend stay!

This cabin was perfect for our stay. Ideally situated on top of a hill among the trees with a glimmering view of the lake. Perfect refuge after hours in the hot summer of NC.

Amazing Lake Cottage!

Could not beat this lake house! It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed while in town for a friends wedding. We have already recommended this place to several friends and plan to stay again hopefully soon!

Perfect summer getaway!

My sons and I had the best time at Lake Norman. The home was perfect for us, and exactly or even better in person. Clean, everything you need, and easy booking and checkin. My kids loved fishing from the dock and we rented a jet ski for a couple days which was a blast. Would definitely stay again.

We had a multi generational weekend get together. Jamie was a great host and we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well appointed.The house was cozy and comfortable. We hope to return and take more advantage of the lake amenities when the weather is warmer.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Jamie’s property is the perfect quiet getaway! The house is so cutely decorated and has everything you might need. Jamie was so helpful and responded quickly anytime we reached out to her. We were a group of 5 Moms looking for some relaxation and time together and it was perfect. We spent most of our time on the dock enjoying the peaceful cove of the lake and the kayaks. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly as shown in the listing. Jamie was very responsive and attentive to any questions. The boat lift wasn’t very user friendly, but we were still able to use it. Overall an excellent weekend with family!

Statesville Balloon Festival

My family came into town for the Statesville Hot Air Balloon Festival. We had a great weekend staying on Lake Norman in this quaint home. We cherished the quiet and seclusion while still being close to town. We used the kayaks and fished off the dock. Clean and comfortable! Jamie was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Only wish it could’ve lasted longer.
