UNBEATABLE LOCATION. Two spectacular OCEAN BEACHES are an easy bike ride away (Three Mile Hollow beach in the village of East Hampton and Indian Wells in the village of Amagansett). A charming FARMSTAND (Spring Close) is a one-minute stroll from the house. An exquisite RESTAURANT (Moby) is just down the street. A celebrated WINE AND LIQUOR STORE (Domaine) is a shoprt walk from home. And best of all: the house is across the street from a vast FIELD OF SUNFLOWERS. This house -- used and cared for year-round by its owner -- offers three comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a queen size bed. There are three bathrooms: the two bathroom upstairs are equipped with shower stalls; the bathroom downstairs offers a bathtub. The house comes with all necessary amenities like washer and dryer, WiFi, 75" flat screen TV, central AC, and a modern kitchen, fully equipped by a professional chef.

For many years, my apartment on the Upper West Side was my main home and East Hampton was a weekend escape. Now the balance has shifted and I spend most of the time in East Hampton with only occasional visits to New York. I am very attached to my house in East Hampton and want to rent it for a few week to someone who is equally respectful of someone else’s home.

Everything about my house is about peace and serenity. It is not cluttered; the indoors communes well with the outdoors; and everything about the house is about easy practicality, all in good taste.
