Nestled beneath our majestic mountains is this special, cozy, free flowing home. Rest and relax in this well loved cottage, stay warm in the winters with the wood stove and cool in the summer nights with the fresh air of the lovely waterways. Lounge and unwind on the nice large deck and covered porch. Here you will find everything is just a few minutes away. Hunter, Woodstock, Saugerties, Windham, Catskill, and Hudson. Come and visit our History here from our famous Artist homes, the hudson river, museums, theatre's, brewery's, the lakes and much more. Enjoy golfing At the Catskill golf club, Enjoy the Baliwick farm For horseback riding, Saugerties HITS is close by, And Hunter Mountain in Windham Mountain are just a short beautiful ride away.
The space
This great getaway is a two bedroom one bath home. You will be greeted by a large wrap around deck with multiple seating areas with a barbecue and lounge furniture. Upon entering the living room, it is open to the dining room and kitchen. It is light and bright and airy. A big comfy sofa with Lots of blankets and pillows, The walls are covered with artistry paintings and eclectic pictures from yesteryears that have many stories. It is warm and welcoming with hardwood floors, a full kitchen with full appliances. The house is somewhat secluded with mountain views in the back, The yard is nice and open we have a large fire pit, a Hammock and a watering hose for the hot days. This special place is only minutes to everything, Hunter and Windham mountains for snowboarding and skiing, all the lakes and magnificent water ways, Saugerties Tops, the Beautiful Historical homes like Olana, the Vanderbuilt Mansion, the Thomas Cole House, lots of farmers markets, antique shopping in Catskill and Hudson, Woodstock, and the town is close by with the river for boating and fishing, the Catskill golf coarse and lots of cafes, fine restaurants and stores and gas stations. The Cottage is a home you can rest and relax and play and enjoy nature with the comforts of home.

The property was just as described, very private and cozy. We enjoyed the large balcony as well as the yard. There were also several nice hiking trails close by. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

This gorgeous cottage was even more beautiful in person than the photos make it out to be. The owners have done a magnificent job decorating. The kitchen was well stocked, and they provided just about every type of shampoo and conditioner you might want. It's truly a lovely place to stay.

Very comfortable cottage in a lovely area. Grateful for the ac on those very hot days! Loved grilling on the porch and the big patio umbrellas. Host is very responsive and helpful when needed. Hope to come again!

Lovely home and location

This was a beautiful home with everything we needed, and more, in a lovely, central location in the Catskills. Thank you, Bridget, for your warm hospitality. Our visit exceeded all expectations. We had to cut short our visit but would love to return!

Perfect city escape

This stay was exactly what we needed—quiet, cozy, and super relaxing. The house was well stocked for a comfortable visit, and the outdoor space was amazing for both us and our pup to explore. Bridget was so easy to communicate with, which made everything stress-free, and we loved the thoughtful honey gift—it made for the best tea moments. Highly recommend.

This wonderful place exceeded expectations. Bridget was great to communicate with and respected me as a guest. The cottage was comfortable, had everything I needed and so quiet and private without being isolated. Nice touches. A bottle of wine and a basket for dogs! Even a blanket. Wonderful breath of fresh air

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the property, my stay and Bridget. Inside anything you might need is right there for you. The beds are very comfy and the energy is warm and inviting. The outside is so well thought out! The firepit is perfect there is lots of room for games and fun! Plenty of wood and privacy makes for lots of outdoor fun! The deck was a favorite spot for me, so comfy and catching the morning sun on the couch is delightful! I cannot recommend this little gem enough. It was an amazing stay.spot couldnt have to never

This lovely road and beautiful neighborhood was always a dream of mine to own a home here. It is the perfect peaceful resting place, with the mountain just behind us and the water ways and water falls its magical.

この宿泊施設の特徴

I think its The quiet, the peace you feel when you are here. This cottage is in the perfect setting, trees, gardens, flowers all together with open space and all nestled just beneath the mountain, the lovely windy country road leads to beautiful swimming and fishing spots, wonderful views and waterfalls. The farmers market and brewery are in walking distance and just a short drive to Hunter mountain, north lake, Saugerties, Woodstock Hudson and Catskill. The History is abound as you will find museums , old hiking trails, Artists homes to visit. Take a tour of Olana, have a picnic by the lake. Its a magical place to find peace, relaxation and fun.
