James was born near the Pacific Ocean & Julie was raised in the bayou outside of New Orleans. We were lucky enough to find the mountains of Idaho as adults. Love to play as much as possible and work when we have to, which is most of the time of course! Especially now raising two little toddlers we are go go go! Luckily we live in nature's playground so there is always something to do to keep everyone busy. We are big into snow sports, fly fishing, mountain biking, yoga, and all things kidcentric. Live a clean and sober life and care very much about health and wellness. I have been managing beautiful properties in Sandpoint since 2018 with my company, Point Property Management, llc.

With a wood, quiet area, we enjoy calm walks up and down the road.

When winter comes, the free shuttle to Schweitzer Mountain is only a 3 minute walk away and makes accessing the mountain so easy.
