Wander just down the street, follow the sandy path, and find yourself on the sparkling shores of Cape San Blas. This stilted home makes a wonderful coastal escape for days spent beachcombing, kayaking, horseback riding, and swimming in the sparkling Gulf of Mexico.

This two-story home sits between Cape San Blas Road and the sandy shore, about 10 miles south of Port St. Joe. It's a place to leave your cares behind and take in the quiet beauty that surrounds you.

Begin each balmy day outside, on one of the two open sundecks or gathered around the table on the screened porch. It's the perfect setting for an alfresco breakfast in the Gulf breeze, lunches seared on the gas grill, and after-dinner cocktails, coffee, dessert, and card games.

Inside, the house is breezy and open, with central air conditioning keeping you cool on even the warmest summer days. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, space to dine at both the eat-in table and the kitchen island, and a living room with soft seating and a TV for your evening entertainment. There's also a casual den where you can escape to watch movies and play Ping-Pong with your loved ones. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.

The fireplace is not operable.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
