Gunstock Mountain Ski Resort (20 mins away), Lake Winni (20 min away), Bank of NH Pavilion Concerts (25 min), Tilton Outlets Shopping (20 mins), Lakes Region Casino (7 mins) and NH Motor Speedway (11 mins) are just some of the nearby attractions!

Inside, even more bliss awaits in the bright living area featuring comfortable furnishings, a large TV, and ample space for the whole group to spread out and unwind. Stream your favorite shows or play board games during leisurely downtime. The well-equipped kitchen hosts modern appliances, gorgeous green cabinetry, and everything you need to cook up quick snacks or family-favorite dishes. As the evening winds down, indulge in a glass of wine and escape to the expansive balcony, where you can delight in the sunset while being serenaded by the soothing sounds of the nearby lake.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There will be a $250 fine for smoking in the unit.
The first floor/basement is for owner storage only. Guests do not have access.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
