This beautiful lakeside and skier's retreat is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is just 11 miles (15 minutes) from Gunstock Mountain, with plenty of private space and picturesque views of Lake Winnisquam and so many amenities --a fireplace, open living and dining areas and fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the deck and watch the passing boats in summer or XCountry skiers in winter. You’ll love the summer access to The Lord Hampshire Association's large bathing sundeck, a dedicated swimming area and game room with pool table in summer, all available for you after a day on the lake or on the slopes. The condo well stocked with everything you would need for a weekend stay and was very clean. I had a problem with the fireplace and the host reposted super quickly. View of the lake is great.

Had a wonderful weekend at this little gem! My host, Rahna was prompt with answering all my questions prior to checking in. I love the Lake front views from the deck and the morning sun is lovely! I attended a family wedding just a mile down the road. The property location was convenient to the highway, wedding venue and the shoppping outlets, plus has all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend this property and would come back for another stay in the future. Thank you !!

Perfect location with nice views of the lake. Central to everything. Fully stocked kitchen with a coffee machine AND a Keurig. Great spot for summer or ski season.

Place was nice and clean. Kitchen setup was good but could use some upgrades to the cooking-ware. Loved that there were 2 bathrooms for my family size. Loved that it was close to the lake.

Great condo for adventurers

We had a great stay, everything was clean. It was a great base camp for our adventures. The location was central to things and we also enjoyed the waterfront.

Amazing last minute getaway

Our stay here was perfect. Booking, extending the stay, checking in and our residence were all a perfect 10. The unit is very well equipped and we didn’t find ourselves needing a thing. The location is quiet yet convenient and look forward to coming back.

Clean and convenient.

Property was very well kept and extremely clean. 4 stars instead of 5 because it was quite q bit smaller than we expected. The kitchen, living and dining room are all one room. There were just two of us, so space was adequate, however, with four or six it would be tight. Dining table small and only has 4 chairs. The second bathroom is nice to have.

My family and I will always remember this beautiful place at the lake. Our oldest daughter was getting married in Franklin New Hampshire we wanted a place to be together as a family and to be able to get to the wedding venue and others places without to much to drive my husband I and my parents and our daughters enjoyed our time very much. We recommend this place so much, so beautiful view of sunsets right from the porch. Thank you.

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. There were 4 adults, and it was a bit crowded but worked overall. The bedroom with the 2 single beds was much smaller than the picture looked. If you had kids, this would be perfect. The view was gorgeous. Communication with the host was great. She responded right away.

Cozy Lakeside Cottage

The condo is perfect for 2-4 people. It’s cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The communal deck on the lake was also very nice. There is a swimming area with crystal clear water. It’s a great spot for kids.

Great place to stay!

My 5 year old loves the dock and lake to play in all day. It was nice for the adults to have ample seating as she played all day in the water. The host was great and very available.

Lake side getaway

We had a great time at Rahna’s condo. Perfect for 4 people, especially 2 kids as the second bedroom is twin beds. The sundeck on the lake was our favorite spot to swim or to just relax with a cocktail. Rahna was in constant contact before and during the trip to make sure all was well. This is a great place if you are planning on seeing a show at the NHB Pavillion as we did, it’s only a 20 minute drive.Thanks Rahna and hopefully we’ll visit again.

Amazing stay!!

This was a great family vacation (with young kids). The location was perfect! The house had everything you need and the communication was excellent. We would love to come back and explore the area again!

Perfect cozy home

We loved our stay at this cozy home. My husband and I stayed there for six nights. they were very accommodating to our needs . the house had everything we needed. It s two bedrooms, two baths was the perfect size for us . We were able to have meals and cook or go out to each. in a wonderful fireplace. Beautiful views. Everything we needed was close . We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Rahna and staff. Awesome!

Clean and comfortable

My stay was too short to say anything about the area but the unit was as described, extremely clean and functional. Lord Hampshire motel shares a parking lot and there are a lot of cottages in very close proximity, which may be good to know for those looking for privacy.

Beautiful Condo on the Lake

It is super-close to everything you'd want to get to in the Lakes Region, Gunstock Mountain (15 minutes away) and White Mountain National Park (45 miles away), has great views, lots of sleeping space and so many amenities available through the Lord Hampshire Association--relaxing on the dock, splashing around in the swimming area or enjoying the game room with family or friends!
