Pittsburgh's Best View/2026 NFL Draft VIPs

This listing is specifically for the NFL Draft. Aside from clearly the best view of the city and a house that is stunning inside and out - the listing for this week includes the host "on-call" 24/7 for assistance in transportation (host driven or arranged) as well as guide service in and around the city. In addition, limited "gatherings" can be permitted with host permission and food and beverages can also be arranged by the host. This is premiere consierge service all included in the price.
Kitchen and bar area are stunning with unique Pittsburgh centric commissioned art. Bedrooms are upstairs - 14 steps from the front entrance of the house. Laundry is upstairs as well. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms. Kitchen is 4 stairs below the Bar/Lounge area. The half bathroom is 5 steps below the Kitchen and the Living Room is 5 steps below the half bath. There are smart TVs in the Kitchen/Bar area and there is a home theatre in the Living Room - projection and sound system. Transportation to and from the event will be tough, but with your host as your guide - it will be a piece of cake. If you like to walk, you can also access the entire city on foot (as we do).
Guest access
We have a few closets and the garage locked off when we are hosting, but guests will still have all they need in housewares and areas for their clothes, etc.
Other things to note
This is definitely a house designed for entertaining. The view impresses immediately, and the openess of the bar area and kitchen with a view to the city just begs a gathering. Then if you move outside, between the amazing water wall and sunk/infinity type hot tub, you have one "wow" after another. While parties are not allowed, we will allow smaller gatherings with permission. We just need to talk about it. We encourage responsible gatherings, as this place was designed for it.
