Located right by Highway 6 and the Eagle River, this ideal home base is situated near Beaver Creek Resort and within walking distance of downtown Avon. You can even walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola 7 to be whisked right up to the slopes. On-site amenities include front desk service, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a hot tub, a pool, a ski locker room, and a coffee lounge. A virtual Sports and game suite featuring a wide range of virtual games, including a golf simulator, baseball, skeet shooting, bowling, and much more, is available on a reservation basis. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer, heated on-site parking, and shuttles to Vail and Beaver Creek.

The luxurious interior is a model of modern design and comfort. The stunning full kitchen is equipped with a suite of gourmet appliances that are sure to impress even the most discerning of home chefs. The balcony features a gas grill, which is perfect for summertime barbecues, and offers a great spot to admire the inspiring views of Beaver Creek Mountain and the beautiful patio of Frontgate. All the other retreats available for renting face the road and this luxe condo was specifically chosen by the owner not to face the road and be more private. A lux leather sofa invites you to kick your feet up in the living room. There is a dedicated workspace that will come in handy for remote workers. Free WiFi and smart TVs are equipped for web browsing, streaming, and remote working.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
