Very good, the big minus was not realising that there were several flights of stairs to the apartment. My wife has limited mobility and so it became impossible to leave from/return to the apartment very often. For this reason,we left 24hrs earlier than planned.

Séjour très confortable dans un bel environnement très calme.

Un lieu idéal pour rayonner et découvrir une belle région. Toutes les commodités accessibles à pied ; magasins, restaurants. A recommander.

Super séjour

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venions dans ces appartements. Ils sont toujours très propres bien situés en centre ville proches de toutes les commodités. Il y’a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un très agréable séjour. Les référents sont à votre écoute en cas de problème. Je recommande vivement ces locations.

Calme et repos

L'appartement très bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville de Beaulieu sur Dordogne qui est en zone piétonne donc très peu de dérangement sonore. Appartement très bien équipé et rénové, on a beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions à notre arrivée.

L'appartement est très propre, bien équipée, la décoration soignée. Il très bien située dans le village médiéval, à 5 minutes à pieds de la dordogne.. nous avons appréciez les petites attentions à notre arrivée ..et nous remercions la disponibilité et la gentillesse de l'hôte.. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour découvrir un peu plus la région...

Fantastic location and perfectly equipped!

The apartment was lovely. It has everything you could need and was perfectly located for all the shops and restaurants but still very quiet. Tom was extremely helpful and always accessible. We will be back.

Beautiful Beaulieu- wonderful apartment

This apartment is perfectly located in the centre of the village. It has been renovated to a high quality and thus provides above average accommodation. Laura and Tom were great hosts who went out of their way to make sure that we had a comfortable stay. We didn’t have a car but were offered the use of mountain bikes which meant we were able to explore the local countryside by bike. Thanks Laura and Tom - we wish we could have stayed longer.

Stratégiquement situé au coeur de la cité, l'appartement de Laura et Tom est remarquable. Très bien équipé, à proximité des commerces (le croissant tous les matins , c'est quand même sympa!) . Beaulieu étant proche des grands sites touristiques et historiques, cela permet des excursions à la journée appréciables. La piscine est à cinq minutes. Bref, mon séjour à été très chouette JY

Magnifique appartement et charmante hôtesse

Une belle découverte pour finir l'année 2018. L'appartement est tout simplement magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de sobriété. Et ce n'est pas tout, il est très agréable à vivre et présente tout le confort nécessaire avec plein de petites attentions qui améliorent le séjour. Ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement bien équipé, très confortable et très pratique, très bien situé dans cette jolie petite ville au bord de la Dordogne. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui nous avait préparé des boissons, un melon et des pâtisseries ! Nous gardons en mémoire cette adresse, au cas où !

Lovely apartment, renovated to a superb standard.

Beautifully renovated apartment with lots of character and everything we needed for a thoroughly enjoyable 2 night stay in Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne. Our host was most helpful and provided lots of information about the surrounding area. We recommend walking along the river and up into the surrounding countryside!

The renovation of the house has been a rewarding experience. It had been left to ruin and many villagers thought it would have to be torn down. We have kept as many of the original interior features as possible. It was a 5 year process and a rewarding one to bring this building back to life.
In this apartment the massive cantou fireplace with its stone sides and large wooden mantle now houses the kitchen units. This apartment is bright and airy and overlooks the lane of medieval houses and part of the church square. Living room and bedroom windows are with shutters.
We hope you enjoy the experience of living in a medieval village in a 15th century house with its insides offering you all the modern comforts and conveniences.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The colombage facade stands out boldy above the cobblestone lane. She sits comfortably amongst stone houses along the lane. The wood carved window surrounds on the first floor date to the 15th century and are a rare example as most preserved ones are of stone. Being in the old centre you are away from the main village road. The cobblestone lane inside running round the 12th century church is full of medieval ambiance and history. A short walk away is the beautiful Dordogne River with all the activities it has to offer. A good base to go off on excursions to other villages and historic sites in the region.
