Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is a golfer's haven. Just a short distance from the property, the Hombre Golf Club offers tees ranging from 5,275 to nearly 7,000 yards, allowing golfers to choose their level of difficulty. Nestled amidst wetlands, marshes, lakes and preserves, the course offers 27 holes in a natural woodland setting and is meticulously manicured to tournament conditions. ABOUT THIS CONDO

The large entryway welcomes you and gives you all the space you need to park your clubs, flip-flops and beach toys The décor makes a very clear statement that your going to enjoy this resort. As soon as you walk in you can't help but be awestruck by the beautiful views of the blue water and white sand you will see through the floor to the ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that lead you to the expansive balcony. There is truly not a better view available in Panama City Beach. The afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to an exciting day or the beginning of an enchanting evening.

The living room contains a flat screen TV that is equipped with a cable television package that allows you to access dozens of channels, or if you like, surf the web on the high speed internet that’s available. If you want to truly enjoy the beach experience wander out to the balcony through your floor to ceiling sliding doors enjoy the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green Gulf waters.

The MASTER BEDROOM features luxurious king sized bed and private bath. The room is beautifully decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. Your master bedroom offers a large TV. The master bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

The SECOND Bedroom is equally well appointed with a comfortable Queen sized bed and plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. This large bedroom has a flatscreen TV as well. The attached 2nd bathroom has a walk in shower.

The THIRD Bedroom is great for the kids, or adults equipped with TWO separate Queens! This room can sleep up to 4 people. The 3rd bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

This unit is also equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer!

We enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view was great and had an amazing sunset view. This unit held our family of 8 well. If you are cooking small meals the kitchen will suit what you need. If you are cooking for a larger group, maybe bring a crockpot and an electric skillet. We bring our own when traveling with a large group. The amenities of the resort are wonderful. Check in was easy and the few staff around the property we interacted with were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is close to everything and had great views! The room itself needs an upgrade- the beds are old and noisy (spring mattresses maybe?) Although it was clean. We didn't have lampshades in the Master bedroom. The sinks and tubs/showers were clean, but old and stained. The coffee maker didn't work so we found another in the closet- it didn't have a carafe. We bought one. With a little help, this would have been an excellent place to stay, but we will probably try a new room next time. By the way, the GPS sends you to the wrong gate, and the place you are sent to get your parking pass was awful- rude and not professional at all.

Lovely Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was lovely and the resort was very nice. However, the beds and pillows were horrible. The beds creaked with every move and they were very hard.

Overall, this unit was ok. The unit itself was very dated. Friends of ours also stayed at this property and their units were updated. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Other than that, the unit was fine. The property itself is extremely busy, and while we were there the main pool was closed twice because drunk people had thrown up in it. Staff were nice enough. Each tower on has 2 elevators. Since this unit is on the 9th floor, you need the elevators. We waited up to 25 min for an elevator. It was a little ridiculous, but understandable given how large the property is. The property management company was nice and responsive. The offer for a late check out for an additional price was extremely helpful. Also - you have to pay for parking on top of the price to stay there. That was annoying. Again, overall it was ok. We will likely not go back to that property and if we did, we would be looking for a more updated unit.

Condo needs updating

The condo needs to be refreshed/updated and thoroughly cleaned. There is a lot of mold in all the bathtubs/showers. The ceiling tiles are warped and bowing up into the ceiling. The toilets seats are stained and chipped. Many of the blinds are broken. Most of the power outlets and lights do not work. Most of the remotes do not have batteries. There were stains on the carpet and sheets. There was something smeared on the bathroom walls. I looked past other reviews mentioning similar issues but I assumed the issues would be resolved.

The resort was great, our unit was NOT one I’d rent again

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Edgewater resort overall was beautiful and had wonderful amenities as a resort from the pools, to dining, and easy beach access. We met many owners during the week, which was great for a number of reasons. 1.) other options to rent from in the future, 2.) recommendations they gave 3.) help problem solving issues we had with the unit we rented. From the start, the original unit we rented was sold and we had no choice but to accept the other available unit because had to be at this location for an event on property, and it was 6 weeks out. After receiving the confirmation email for the unit we end up getting, the address provided was wrong and put us in a totally different neighborhood upon arrival. Also not provided was any internet access info. Despite requesting this a number of times it was never provided. Luckily, an owner we met provided theirs so we were able to work remotely for the week. The unit itself had a beautiful view and the location was perfect for that reason. Outside of the view, I would not recommend this unit to a future renter as there were many elements that made this specific space very unsavory, especially for the price. It was not clean, 2/3 of the beds were unmade when we arrived, the kitchen floor was very wet. I assume that it is a leak coming the washer as that appeared to be leaking through the exterior wall to the walk way later in the week. 2/3 of the television Rokus did not work, but there was a provisional “we will charge you $75 a roku if the remote is missing” which is laughable because while the remotes were physically there, they served no purpose. There was corrosion on the bathroom sink handles that was so old it was discolored and looked like mold, missing sink and tub drain plugs which made bathing small kids difficult. In the kitchen the microwave had weird glue on the handle, old food containers that were covered in Italian dressing which was disgusting. No renters guide to be found a
