Large floor-to-ceiling windows frame stunning mountain views. A door to the left of the kitchen leads out to the wraparound deck (every floor has its own).

The main floor deck features a gas grill which is easily accessible from the kitchen, making grilling and cooking a breeze.

This property has six bedrooms, with a main floor master bedroom with gas fireplace, ensuite jetted tub with fireplace and flat-screen TV. The additional bedrooms have 3 king beds, 4 queen beds, and 7 twin beds.

- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

$250 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$250 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $250, OR no-cost Safety Check)

- Parking for 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.
- No large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers.
- Multi-level home with stairs.
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Absolutely NO smoking, including marijuana, inside or outside of this home. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED anywhere in this neighborhood except for a designated smoking area near the entrance of the neighborhood.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
