Relax in the seasonal community hot tub (June–August) or enjoy the pool while taking in the fresh mountain air. Only 2.8 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park and 4 miles to downtown Estes Park. We were in town for a wedding so our family stayed here. It was perfect that we all had our own room. The main bedrooms are accessed by stairs. Which is fine, but as my mother ages, I have to keep that in mind. It’s about 10 minutes from everything. Beautiful view. Nice deck to relax and bbq. Kitchen was stocked generously. And the host had nice touches like aloe vera and lotion for our dry hands!

This place is amazing and a great value. The host and people responsible for maintaining the place are very responsive and accommodating. My one issue is the lack of lights that worked, the amount of light switches, and how they should be labeled. I probably spent two hours trying to figure out what switch did what and still could not find switches for certain light fixtures. The kitchen had 6 lights and only three were operational. Some lamps were sketchy, and flickered. The carpet could use updating as well.

We had our Sibling Reunion at this home. We enjoyed our stay and found the home perfect for us. It enabled us to gather outside on the deck or in the living/dining room area. We all agreed this was a destination to consider in future years.

We enjoyed our stay at this property especially the beautiful views in several directions. The four bedrooms & bathrooms made getting ready a breeze for our party of nine. Everyone found the beds very comfortable. Parking for our three vehicles was convenient to the front door & the unit was just a short drive to the Beaver Meadow park entrance. Lastly great communication with the property manager.

Property is run down. Door trim falling off and just not cared for. The light switches seemed to be operating wrong places. We were trying to get the air conditioner off up stairs and finally realized the thermostat upstairs controlled downstairs and the thermostat down stairs controlled our room upstairs. The lights downstairs bedrooms flashed on in the middle of the night. There was no instructions on how to manage the heat or switches. In fact there was very little information about the condo. It was about 18 degrees at night. There was nothing explaining the beds were trundles and had extra blankets in the bed storage. We figured it out when we stopped the bed before we left. We could get the gas fireplace to work and sent a text regarding this. I was told someone would come light the piolet. That didn't happen.On a good side, it was clean, a good size for a family or large group and the views were beautiful. But it needs electrical work. It was a concern of safety
