Enjoy panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains and Estes Valley from every window. The modern kitchen opens to the living room with a bar and gas fireplace, perfect for gathering together. Relax in the seasonal community hot tub (June–August) or enjoy the pool while taking in the fresh mountain air. Only 2.8 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park and 4 miles to downtown Estes Park. Ideal for making lasting memories. Exterior security cameras onsite. We reserve the right to cancel reservations.

Our family of 9 stayed for a weekend in October. My review is very similar to others. The host was responsive and nice. The views are beautiful and the condo itself was clean. I don’t think the bedding in the room upstairs had been washed. When we pulled back the covers the bottom sheet was crumpled and there were crumbs or something that had to be wiped off. There are several maintenance issues that seem to have not been addressed. It was a little unnerving to open the front door and see the lock not secured properly to the door from the inside. Several of the outlets didn’t work, one of the shower doors doesn’t close and there are several areas of unfinished spots on the walls. Hiring a handyman to fix these minor repairs would go along ways in making the condo feel finished, safe and comfortable.

Loved everything about the house, the WiFi did not work, and the pool and hot tub were closed this was one of the reasons we rented this house but to find out it’s closed after we got there was a disappointment. I would have kept the house anyway but the communication about the pool should have been conveyed.

We had our Sibling Reunion at this home. We enjoyed our stay and found the home perfect for us. It enabled us to gather outside on the deck or in the living/dining room area. We all agreed this was a destination to consider in future years.

We enjoyed our stay at this property especially the beautiful views in several directions. The four bedrooms & bathrooms made getting ready a breeze for our party of nine. Everyone found the beds very comfortable. Parking for our three vehicles was convenient to the front door & the unit was just a short drive to the Beaver Meadow park entrance. Lastly great communication with the property manager.

Positives are that property management is very responsive, the view is beautiful, kitchen well appointed, and the heated pool is really nice. Drawback is that the property really needs some TLC. Several beds have issues (missing slats, wobbly due to missing screws), lower bathroom faucets drip/leak, main floor shower door cannot close, and doors that are hard to open/close (which was an issue for my kid).

Great place for family vacation!

We stayed here with our son, his wife, and our four grandkids, ages 4 - 16. The four rooms provided space and privacy for everyone. The little ones loved the bunk beds, and the teens got a lot of use out of the community pool! The pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean - very nice!The only tiny drawback was that there wasn’t a big communal table where we could eat together. There is a table out on the deck, and a nice big breakfast bar that we used for meals. Otherwise, this was a terrific place for our families to vacation together. The location, an easy drive to downtown Estes Park, provides lots of options for shopping and dining.Favorite activities enjoyed by the kids were the Mustang Mountain Coaster (all ages loved this), and the Estes Park tram. We waited to go on the tram til a clear day, and we’re really glad we waited. The views are staggering!Our hosts were terrific - very responsive with very quick replies to questions.

The property was in a great location, plenty of room for all 8 of us to stay comfortably. Management was very responsive. Some maintenance and upkeep needs to be performed. There are light switches and plug ins that do not work, no AC on the bottom floor, patches of drywall that need to be finished.

Great weekend getaway

It was perfect for our family get together. The kids absolutely loved the fort bunk beds. If there were neighbors we never heard or saw them. The directions to the place were misleading and difficult as Google doesn’t take you directly there but rather to a place down the road so highly recommend arriving before dark. Karine was very helpful and patient on the phone as we tried to navigate there the first night.We would absolutely stay here again!

Good home

Overall good place to stay but would have appreciated being told the view was obstructed by construction next door. Home needs some maintenance and updating but overall nice place Karine was wonderful to work with and very accommodating and quick to respond to questions

Our Estes stay

This was a really nice place. Maybe just a little pricy. A $400 fee that I wasn’t aware of added to the total. Read closely this is a condominium. No air conditioning in the bottom floor. We would stay here again even tho there were a few disappointments.

Great location

Location was perfect. Everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was nice and appreciated the coffee pods. Easy to communicate with property manager.
