Experience the perfect mountain getaway at Lookout Mountain 27B, a 1BR/2BA condo with breathtaking Mary's Lake views and dramatic mountain scenery. Enjoy coffee in the morning light, take a leisurely stroll to the lake for fishing, or explore nearby Rocky Mountain National Park. After a day of adventure, unwind by the cozy gas fireplace and stargaze from your private deck.

From the parking lot, walk up the flight of stairs to the deck with your private hot tub. Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the leather Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, and flat screen TV.

The efficiency kitchen is perfect for simple meal preparation. A short trip down the hall takes you to the first bathroom with full-size shower. Step back into the hall and discover the Master bedroom with private bath. This Master suite features a King size bed, flat screen TV, fireplace and full bath with a jetted tub and shower combo.

From cozy winter nights by the fireplace to refreshing summers with central air, Lookout Mountain 27B is the ultimate year-round retreat. This lovely condo sleeps four and is the perfect mountain home away from home.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, community hot tub (not your private one) and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

What to be aware of:

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rental units to have grills.

Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.

No outside fires.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.

Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Quiet time at 9pm.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.

Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

The condo was very nice! We used the hot tub everyday and that was great. The location was great and close to the entrance to RMNP. After I called the property manager about the terrible pillows, they replaced them that day with much nicer ones. The one suggestion I have is to put a larger refrigerator in the unit. It was very small and we couldn’t put much in it. I’d stay here again regardless though!

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. The condo was amazing, ideal for two -- the fireplaces, the amazingly comfortable bed and bedding were heavenly. We did freezing hikes and loved the hot tub, even in 3 weather! The stargazing was remarkable from the hot tub. We went to Two Owls restaurant for an over the top meal, caffeinated ourselves at Coffee on the Rocks, and had a great time in RMNP.

The property was very clean and was as pictured. The views were incredible. The entire process with check in and checkout was very straight forward. We really enjoyed the hot tub. We definitely recommend this rental to anyone going to RMNP. We stay here agin if we’re ever back in the area.

Cozy condo

The condo was very nice and clean. Two bathrooms was nice with two teenagers. Downtown Estes Park is only a short drive from the condo. Very pretty view from the front deck. Take note there is not an oven, stovetop only.

Hot tub was clean. Had quite a bit of chlorine in it but I guess that’s to be expected with a community spa. Wish it went up in temperature with how cold the weather was. The living room rug could use some updating or a deep clean. Other than that the place was great. The location was great. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes. I would definitely stay again but would love to be able to adjust the temperature of the hot tub in the colder months.

We stayed for a week. Easy access to the city but not too close to worry about the crowds or traffic. Easy access to the national park. The hot tub was great after long hikes and great views of mountians. Overall would come back and stay again.

RMNP visit

Location is close and convenient to RMNP and Downtown. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was being on the 1st floor we could hear the individuals above us walking and moving things around. All and all we loved the condo and would stay again.

Nice location

The unit was clean and in a good location, but there was no oven, the fridge was very small and the hot tub was only feet away from the next door neighbors hot tub…no privacy. There is a nice view from the deck and the two fireplaces were nice. Having two bathrooms was nice to have but the two TV’s were very small.

Clean, nice space

Property is nice and appeared to be well kept, for the most part. Hot tub was nice to have although, it is not necessarily “private”; you have very close neighbors. This is a good size for a couple or small family. We have one child and it worked well. I gave 4 stars because the water heater was not sufficient to fill a tub or get through a whole shower. We had to keep turning the water off to conserve. We made it work but would have called it in had we been staying longer. It’s close enough to the main strip but not in a busy area, which we liked. There is not a full size fridge which would have been helpful. All in all, I would stay again with the hot water issue resolved.

Our stay at Lookout Mountain 27B in Estes Park was absolutely phenomenal. This cozy 1-bedroom condo packs a punch with its thoughtful amenities and stunning location. The private hot tub was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains - perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking. With two fireplaces, we always had a warm, inviting atmosphere to come back to, whether relaxing in the living room or retiring to the bedroom. Despite its compact size, the condo felt spacious and well-designed. The two bathrooms were a convenient touch, especially when getting ready for our daily adventures. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals and enjoy them with a side of mountain scenery. The location couldn't be better - close enough to downtown Estes Park for easy access to restaurants and shops, yet far enough to feel secluded in nature. We even spotted elk grazing nearby one morning! Cleanliness was top-notch, and communication with the property managers was smooth and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and the charming town of Estes Park. If you're looking for a romantic getaway or a comfortable retreat for a small family, Lookout Mountain 27B is an excellent choice. We're already planning our return visit!

Good enough, a couple of "buts"

New modern place, two fireplaces and personal deck hot tub is a nice touch, really what attracted us. I say personal hot tub because there's not much privacy but it is just for use for that unit. To clarify what's in the picture and the fine print, no oven and just a rv-style fridge/freezer - but we knew that and it was fine. Now the buts: a significant chunk of the view for our particular unit was obscured by a maintenance garage. Other units won't have this problem and the view is great from this complex; Our hot tub cover arm that assists removing the hot tub cover was broken (looked like someone didn't strap down the cover during a wind gust because a come-along strap with carabiner was added) - not a huge deal but it meant we had to wrestle with the cover a little. Oh yea, the kitchen was missing scissors, someone probably stole them. Fortunately my wife always has scissors. Other than that, the kitchen was well stocked pot/pans/utensils.
