Super clean, comfy, and stylishly appointed. Beds were comfortable and it had a nice porch/screened in sitting area out back. We’ve stayed in Kernersville several times to visit my in-laws and this was by far the best we’ve ever found. Very charming - we will use this place again when in town!

Ants everywhere on kitchen counter. Host dropped off ant bait traps for me to put out next day. Attached picture is ants on last day of my stay. The AC went out on Friday morning. I messaged host at 6am. He did not respond until 6pm. Stated no one would be there until after my stay was over. I discovered the ac filters were filthy. I purchased one and replaced it. Temperature in house rose to 86 until I fixed it. See attached pictures. The other issue is I was charged twice for pet fee. I need to receive refund for 100 dollars. Host was not going to address the issue about the ac issue. And was ok with the house at 86 degrees. This house is in a very nice neighborhood and I felt very safe. It has a nice back yard but the ants, ac issue, and filthy carpet was unacceptable. I would not recommend the house until these issues are fixed.

Questionable

Parking was horrible. Dishes were dirty in the cabinet. No hand towels. The blinds were broken so people outside could look in. Downspout at the entrance poured rain on us as we went in and out of the home. But better than others we knew who stayed at other places when in the area.

Good house but not very clean

It was very cute house and neighborhood. Unfortunately not very clean. Damp and stained towels. Mildew and dusty smell. Wobbly furniture.

Perfectly comfortable home in Kernersville

The entire process from booking to arrival and checkout was perfect. Host was very responsive and prompt with all communications. The home was exactly as described and flawlessly clean. Furniture is nothing fancy but perfectly comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with enough basics and everything works well. My only observations; but not criticism, is that some of the carpet is a bit worn. However, in a pet friendly home, this is to be expected and was not a problem at all. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and adorable. The backyard was well fenced and perfect for a dog. Overall, it was perfect for what I needed and was very comfortable. I would absolutely be happy to stay again whenever I need to come into town.
