Interesting

I arrived 1 hour after checking time.And my room still wasn't ready along with a bunch of other people sitting in the lobby.I had to wait in additional hour and a half for a room to become available. When I got up to the 2nd floor my room was located.The hallway had an extremely strong oitr of marijuana. Upon entering my room ,t had an odor of cigarettes

An embarrassing experience

When we entered the lobby and greeted the lady at the front desk with a friendly smile, her response was cold and unwelcoming. She proceeded to assign us a room, but to our shock, upon opening the door, we found a young couple already inside! It was incredibly embarrassing—she had given us an occupied room! Although she eventually arranged a different room for us, the entire experience left us feeling deeply uncomfortable. How could such a situation even occur?

I saw negative reviews on here and I was nervous about it. My experience was very different thankfully. Although the front desk staff was not bubbly they were not rude at all. They answered all my questions and helped me. The room was perfect for me. It would be nice for a couple as well. It had a nice desk with two comfortable chairs. It had another comfortable chair beside the bed. The TV was a large flat screen mounted in the corner and could be viewed by all parts of the room. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator with ice maker. It had a two burner stove top. There is a timer on the wall that you must turn on before you use the stove top. There were two stainless steel sauce pots. Dishes for two people. There is a small coffee pot and they give you coffee pods to put in the basket. No mess. The bathroom has bottled soap, shampoo and conditioner. The door to the bathroom is very wide. It you use a walker no problem. I had an issue with the toilet. Maintenance was very prompt and professional. I will definitely stay again
