It is located in the heart of a friendly residential area, with easy access to the A1 and East Coast Mainline. With a relaxing, homely feel, the property offers, comfy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, on-site parking, and free WiFi.

The space
Each room is very spacious, there is a separate dining space and also a snug for anyone wanting a bit of quiet time or if you would like to sleep separately you can use the Futon provided.

Guests can access all areas of the house apart from the linen cupboard. If extra linen or towels are needed we are happy to oblige, please get in touch.
Other things to note
Parking is on the property, through the gates. A lock box is provided and a code will be sent nearer the time of your arrival.

Grantham is in the heart of England and being in the Midlands it has many great attractions near by. It is close to Belvoir Castle, Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, National Ice Centre and many more amazing places.
