Welcome to a little piece of heaven on the Withlacoothee River! Escape to this studio on the river in picturesque Dunnellon. So many ways to play on the water-bring your boat, kayak and paddleboard! Boat slip can accommodate a 15’ boat. The Rainbow River is a short paddle away-delight in the crystal clear waters of this amazing spring fed river and snorkel/float/paddle or fish to your heart’s content. There are several springs to explore in this area. Marion County is THE horse capital and the World Equestrian Center is a short 20 minute drive away. The River Condo offers an inviting and relaxing space with its cozy sleeping River featuring 1 queen bed and 1 loveseat bed-you'll have plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring. Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker and coffee, soaps, paper goods and dishwasher tabs, full bathroom with complimentary soaps, and laundry supplies for coin operated machines located just a few steps away. 55” TV, WiFi. Walk to Dunnellon’s historic district with restaurants, shops, antiques and so much more. After all the fun, head to the hot tub and pool for amazing views of the river and much needed rest.

Perfect for our trip. Small space but well maintained. Plenty of seating. Host had great communication.

Condo was in good shape and clean when we arrived

The location, property and are were nice. The owners were helpful and answered all questions promptly. The bathroom was nice and clean. Ample ware and coffee pods were provided, appreciated that. Two significant problems:1. cockroaches were plentiful, smaller Blattella Germanica. We got some roach spray and did every corner crack and crevice which knocked them down. 2. The mattress was complete mush, Hard on the backIn general this place was OK for price. I would recommend it for a couple of guys on a fishing trip or a hardy couple out on excursions all day and only sleeping there.

Nice getaway on the River

The property is mostly rentals, not a lot of people which was very surprising. The room was great. Small but had everything you would need. Pillows were plenty. All kitchen appliances you would need. Coffee maker with all the stuff to make coffee. Toaster is in the cabinet. Oven and microwave. There isn’t an ice maker, but there is an ice tray and there was ice available. We brought our own ice maker. There are drawers under the bed for storage, there’s a little cabinet to store stuff, and a pretty good size closet to fit your luggage, bags or what have you. It does come with tray tables and also a counter you could eat at. There is a dishwasher and a dish rack if you choose to wash your own dishes. I would say it’s a fully equipped kitchen and very clean. Now for the property itself, the pool is nice but heated so keep that in mind, the spa is nice as well. It is situated right on the river, we saw alligators, turtles, fish, birds and a raccoon. It’s easy to get to navigate. There is 1 cat that lives at the property, but stays away from people. Everyone was friendly. And they do use all natural weed killer to kill the weeds in the water. There is a nice dock to walk along, plenty of BBQ grills if you choose, as well as plenty of seating and umbrellas at each of the tables. Plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing! It’s writhing walking distance of Gators tiki bar/restaurant, the marina and some other restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet.
