Property was a great location, but if you plan on using the property pool be prepared to pay extra as that is part of the spa. Other than that if you want direct beach access and service down at the water this location and property is great!

5 Stars

We celebrated a special weekend and stayed at this property. The property manager had excellent communication skills. Was generous to let us check in earlier and even extend are stay slightly longer. The apartment was a perfect size, had all amenities necessary for a stay cation or weeks long. It's location is central to North Beach, South Beach and Bal Harbor and just a few minutes from the hospital and express ways. We're grateful to JD and the entire team at the Carillon and look forward to staying over soon!
