Nestled on the same property, our welcoming family includes myself, my husband, our vivacious 7-year-old son, and our charming 12-pound black and white Golden Doodle. We're always here to help if you need us but the Loquat is farther away from our home than our neighbors so you're sure to enjoy all the privacy and peacefulness that you need. Parking is on the street and you walk down the driveway past our house to the bottom of the driveway where the Loquat sits. It's the perfect cozy Santa Barbara home away from home. Utilities are included. Note: there is no AC or washer/dryer at this rental.
