Being a host you get to meet interesting people with diverse backgrounds. You often hear stories of the travels that people have and get a taste of different parts of the world.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
The neighborhood is safe. The neighbors are friendly and look after the neighborhood. They are always helpful respectful and kind. The location itself is situated far enough from the hustle and bustle of La Zona Romantica but just minutes from the beach, bars, trendy restaurants, and nightlife. Up a few blocks and you have restaurants, down a few blocks and you have the local outdoor market. Just a little further and you have reached the beach. There is a river less than 20 yards away that many walk during the morning. Mystic Circle Cafe is conveniently located just below the apartment.

Well, if you have ever traveled to Mexico, you have come to appreciate the celebrations that happen regularly in any neighborhood. Sometimes that poses a problem for those who appreciate quiet time, especially in the evenings. Casa Velassaru has that treasured quiet neighborhood.
