良かった点 : チェックイン、ロケーション
Great location! Apt lacked certain amenities you’d expect at a luxury property! Bed linens, towels not of good quality. No electric tea kettle! No bath amenities such as good shampoo, conditioner, body lotion.Coffee capsules supplied for one day only!Had to buy olive oil and vinegar!Otherwise, beautiful apt ! Living room would benefit from couple of armchairs as there is only a sofa! Plenty of space though! Superb terrace with great view! Must mention that Laurence who checked me in and out was outstanding! Very professional and understood my early disappointment, very apologetic on behalf of the property owners who were not particularly understanding!I do commend Laurence Grinovero for her sympathetic handling! I had paid top dollar for this apt and expected a better level!
