Lovely 4 bedroom 2.5 bath corner townhome one block from the beach in the south end of Sea Isle City. Bedrooms on the first floor 1 has 2-Pyramid beds (twin over a full). The other room has a Queen Bedroom and there is a full bathroom. Large wrap around deck on living level with open floor plan. The larger bedroom has a King bed and private deck. The fourth bedroom has a Queen and a Daybed (Twin). There is a Bonus Room with an additional fridge and plenty of seating. TVs are Streaming and High Speed Internet. Owner provided 8-Beach Tags and 2- Bikes (not guaranteed).
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
