Located in a safe and tranquil neighborhood just minutes from downtown Georgetown, this fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat features two spacious living rooms, a large open kitchen, and cozy, well-appointed bedrooms. With ample room for families, groups, or long-term tenants, the layout offers both connection and privacy — including a Jack and Jill bathroom with dual vanities.

Step outside to enjoy the extended patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside, you’ll find a whole-house water filtration system, water softener, and energy-efficient foam insulation to keep the temperature just right year-round. Neighborhood perks include a community pool, playground, miles of scenic walking and hiking trails, and quick access to the South San Gabriel River.

I love Water Oak because it gives me the best of both worlds — close to town, but just far enough from downtown to enjoy peace and quiet. I can easily access the beautiful San Gabriel River for a quick nature escape, and there are miles of walking and hiking trails right in the neighborhood.

Everyday life here is convenient, too. There’s a local gas station with the best breakfast tacos around, my gym (TRV Fitness) is just across Highway 29, and my kids’ schools are only a short drive away. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, community, and convenience that makes this neighborhood truly special.
