EAGLE'S CREST - 2 LEVEL MOUNTAINSIDE - OUTDOOR HOT TUB & FIRE TABLE

UPDATE: 14 MAY 2025 - There have been some unforeseen delays with the hot tub repairs. Based on the current status of the work, we are hoping the hot tub will be ready for use no later than the last weekend of May.

We want to inform you that the Copperstone Resort hot tub will be temporarily closed for maintenance due to an ongoing water loss issue. Work is scheduled to begin on April 22 (weather and material availability permitting) and is expected to take approximately 3–4 weeks. The goal is to have the hot tub fully operational in time for the May long weekend.

We understand this may be disappointing, especially for guests who were looking forward to this amenity. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to consider this when planning your stay.

PARKING
An onsite heated parkade provides secure parking for one vehicle per suite. Additional vehicles can reserve a second stall for $15/night (subject to availability), or park at no extra cost in designated areas throughout the hamlet.

LIVING
Gather your loved ones in the spacious open-concept main living area for effortless entertaining. Sink into the comfortable couch and bask in the warmth and ambiance of the fireplace. With a flat-screen TV offering streaming and cable options, enjoy your favourite series together in cozy comfort.

KITCHEN
Gather around the large island, offering the perfect setting to indulge your culinary passion in your fully-equipped kitchen. Stocked with all the essentials and basic pantry supplies to create delicious meals and bring out your inner chef.

DINING
The charming dining area comfortably seats six, setting the scene for relaxed meals with family and friends. Additional seating at the kitchen island welcomes extra company. Indulge in delicious food and good conversation in this inviting space.

SLEEPING
Immerse yourself in comfort with both bedrooms thoughtfully located on the upper level, offering added privacy while keeping the lower level open for relaxing or entertaining. One bedroom features a spacious king bed, the other a cozy queen—each outfitted with soft linens, plush duvets, and plenty of pillows for a restful night. For additional guests, the queen sofa bed in the living room provides a comfortable extra sleeping option.

BATHROOM
Rejuvenate & refresh in one of two full 4-piece bathrooms (shower/bath), complete with fluffy towels and premium toiletries to ensure a pampered experience. From luxurious shampoo and conditioner to invigorating body wash and soothing hand wash, every detail is provided for your comfort and convenience.

LAUNDRY
Quality full-size washer and dryer conveniently located within the suite with complimentary laundry detergent.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE
*100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. (Less credit card processing fee. See details below).
* 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe's processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe's refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
