Our street is near the 75 mile marker in a lovely residential neighborhood. You'll have many miles right outside your door for walking, cycling, kayaking, boating and fishing. Totally renovated as of 2024, including a brand new pool and spa with lights and a heater/chiller, this property offers privacy and plenty of space for cars and trailers.

There are three bedrooms, all with king beds and new mattresses, as well as ensuite bathrooms w/walk in showers. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, one on each side of the living area. The third is on the ground floor, with its own A/C and sliders to the pool and spa. Plenty of linens are available for beds, baths and the kitchen.
Enjoy cable on the living room Smart TV, and streaming on the Smart TV in the bedroom. All rooms have ceiling fans. The powder room is on the main living level.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with SS appliances, induction cooktop, a wine cooler and many small appliances to handle most kitchen duties and chefs' needs. It is stocked with sharp knives, Circulon cookware, and plenty of utensils, tableware, and drinkware for dining both inside and out. Counter seating and a banquette provide areas for inside dining, computer work or games. The Blackstone griddle is perfect for grilling your fresh catch, veggies and steaks as well as pancakes, bacon and eggs.

The partially covered upper lanai and the lower sunroom with stacking sliders and a hanging daybed offer more outdoor living space. High top cafe dining and lounge seating on the lanai are perfect places to enjoy cool drinks, dinner and tranquil water views. From the lanai, you will enjoy the evening sky filled with streaks of colorful rays from the Bay side sunsets and the night sky filled with incredible stars. With plenty of seating both in the shade and in the sun, everyone will find a spot to call their own.

Being situated on Sandy Cove Basin, you have a beautiful water view, and the Basin opens to a wide canal with direct access to the Florida Bay. From there, you are in close proximity to the ocean. A brand new 42' deep water dock is outfitted with a 110/220 electric pedestal and fish cleaning station. Water depth at low tide is approximately 3'. Boaters and fishermen will appreciate the calm waters at the dock and the proximity to both deep water and back water fishing. A dedicated freezer for fish and bait is ready for your use. The beautifully landscaped yard is fully fenced and gated. A hammock, two bikes and two kayaks are available for your use. Keep an eye out for the manatees that love to hang out in the basin!
