This historically charming studio has a queen bed, table area, and small seating area. This freshly remodeled apartment offers, style, amenities, and the perfect location. The apartment has downtown views that overlook the historic JC Penny House and the Kemmerer downtown district. It is in a prime location in Kemmerer. The apartment is walking distance to coffee, shopping, the visitor's center, the original JC Penny store, bars, and grocery shopping. Private parking is available behind the Opera House Store.

We enjoyed the modern amenities in this old location. The suite was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. I love the historic shops. Our time at the fossil beds made this trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this location if you plan to hunt for fossils.

Perfect location. Very clean spacious and well supplied and appointed. Shops and restaurants a short walk. Easy access to Hams Fork and Green River fishing.

Awesome stay

Very nicely done with a very relaxing homey feel. Nice kitchen option right in the unit or head right downstairs for cute shopping and great food. Great people. Definitely our Kemmerer "go to".

Fossil adventure fun

The Opera House was the perfect place to stay for some jaunts out to see and dig fossils. Right on the triangle and above a really nice shop.

Charming apartment

I enjoyed staying at this apartment very much. It is a lovely space, comfortable, and well-located. I would have appreciated earlier/ more communication on check-in process. 24 hours ahead of my arrival, I had received information on check-in, and this did cause a bit of stress, i.e. questions about whether or not I would be able to enter the space, should I look for another place to stay, etc.
