Lovely property and wonderful location - so close to downtown Grand Lake and RMNP! Katie was wonderful and easy to deal with. The kitchen is well-stocked with spices, so don't worry if you don't have salt or something. The hot tub was amazing! Hot and easy to get into. Lots of space and we enjoyed our stay very much!!

Great property for families. Kids loved having a playground area. We enjoyed the deck although we did not get a chance to enjoy the hot tub, just ran out of time. Everything worked for us. IWould definitely recommend this property. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Perfect house for our Grand Lake vacation. There was plenty of space for our family of 5, my in-laws and our 2 dogs. We loved the outdoor space and the hot tub! Katie was an excellent host!

The host was very responsive. The property was perfect for our group. The kids enjoyed the outside play area. The hot tub was perfect at the end of the day. The distance to the stores and restaurants in Grand Lake was good. We went fishing, shopping, and rode side by sides. The Grand Lake area is beautiful.

Katie is amazing and her quick response to questions/concerns before our arrival was fantastic. The house is amazing, beyond perfection, and better than what the photos show. Our family of 8 were very pleased with everything. The playground and kids toys in the house as well as kitchen items for our little ones were greatly appreciated by their parents and by us the grandparents. The kitchen was well organized and plenty of room for the three cooks in our family. Everyone had plenty of room, the deck and hot tub were awesome. The house is easy to find and close to town for a short drive to Mountain Market for groceries or to various restaurants. I'm familiar with the Grand Lake area for the past 50 years and this home is phenomenal. We hope to come back again. Thank you Katie for everything you did for us. The house was very clean.

Perfect place for a family get together!

Our family stayed here to celebrate my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful visit! The hot tub, fire pit, and deck were big hits with our group. There was plenty of room for our large group to spread out and we thought the location was great. I highly recommend this property!

Property was great! We had a big group over for dinner the night before our daughter's wedding, then 7 of us enjoyed a stay here. Quiet neighborhood, great host. Our grandson loved playing with all the toys!

We have stayed here twice for a family getaway, and love the place. Roomy, cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. Beautiful, natural, quiet environment. Hot tub a real plus, and back porch eating in fine mountain weather delightful. We all (ages 2-1/2 to 77) wished we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful and quiet

Loved staying here! Took my daughter and her husband for a weekend getaway for her birthday and this was perfect. The house was very spacious, deck was amazing for all day use, night star gazing spectacular!

Not Accessible Despite "Fully Handicapped Accessible" Listing — Husband HospitalizedWe booked this property specifically because it was listed as "fully handicapped accessible." It wasn't. Two 9-inch steps blocked the entrance with no ramp; we borrowed a ramp from the fire department and muscled my husband up the rest. Inside, both king beds were 29–31" tall, far above the ADA-recommended 23" for wheelchair transfers. While transferring, my husband fell, broke his leg, and was taken by ambulance to Granby, then transferred to Denver for surgery and rehab.Other issues: no clearance beside the twin beds, no shower seat, furniture blocking wheelchair access to the bathroom, unramped steps to the patio and hot tub, and a front door only lockable from inside with a key — a fire hazard.Host Katie was friendly and offered to send a handyman, but too late. The "fully accessible" claim cost us a family weekend and sent my husband to the hospital.

Birthday Getaway

Katie was very attentive leading up to the stay and quick to answer any questions I had. The property was very clean and pretty well secluded, making for a nice, relaxing stay! I recommend her as a host!

Communication with the owner was great. Property and house were beautiful. really cool back yard was great for the three families that stayed there…lots of common space but also lots of nooks and crannies to create separation. in the perfect spot, 1 minute to the marina, 3 to the city, 4 to the park. would definitely recommend!

Rocky Mountain Park Trip

Our family, which consisted of a 2yo, 11yo and 5 adults stayed in this lovely home. We enjoyed the large kitchen and deck with the hot tub. The laundry was a huge plus as well. We were very close to the park and the town of Grand Lake was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

We love taking in the beauty of Grand Lake year round and know you will, too! After living full time in this picturesque mountain town for many years and working in the resort industry here, we know about hospitality and what makes this local area so special and welcoming. You can stroll downtown Grand Lake and enjoy the shops, restaurants and views. Also, our home is in a perfect location to take advantage of the endless outdoor recreational activities all year long. Rocky Mountain National Park is a VERY close neighbor to our vacation home. We can't be in Grand Lake all the time now, so we hope you will enjoy our home for us while we are away!

Grand Lake is home--to residents and travelers alike. It is a little slice of heaven, perfect for family time, outdoor activity, and peace. This house is SO EASY to stay in. The theme of our feedback and reviews is that all ages love it (something for everyone) and the house is very well stocked for all your needs.

This home is a 1/4 mile from Highway 34 but you wouldn't know it sitting up on the ridge and enjoying the view. The property is around 1 acre with a huge kids' play structure, and campfire area with picnic tables and benches. Dogs have a fenced area right off the deck, so you can let them out without worrying the wild animals will get them! The hot tub is clean and built right into the deck to get in and out of easily. Kitchen is big, easy to use, has double ovens, gas range, and plenty of counter space. We have lived in Grand Lake for years, and have all the local tips, information, and connections you need!
