Upon entering through the private front door, guests are welcomed into an open floor plan main living area, featuring high ceilings and ample natural lighting.

Living Room: Comfortable furnishings including sofa seating and two reclining chairs invite you to unwind and enjoy the 60” Smart TV or electric fireplace. Access to the back deck offers a serene spot to soak in the views.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, including a 5-burner gas stove, and is stocked with everything needed to prepare a full meal. The island seating for two provides a casual dining option.

Dining Area: A breakfast nook off the kitchen offers seating for 4 with stunning red rock views. The separate formal dining area provides seating for 8 and offers access to the back deck for outdoor dining.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (Main Level) - King bed, 50” smart TV, desk space, and walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom offers two separate vanities, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 (Lower Level)- Queen Bed, Smart TV, closet space, and access to jack and jill bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 3 (Lower Level)- Queen Bed, Smart TV, closet space, and access to jack and Jill bathroom with a shower.

Half bathroom located on the main level.

Office: Located on the main floor, there is a desk space to get some work done, full sleeper sofa and board games to enjoy a night in!

Outdoor Area: Guests can enjoy outdoor seating on the upper patio deck while taking in the surrounding red rock vistas. Fire up the propane BBQ for a delightful outdoor cooking experience. Relax in the egg chair while taking in the sun or enjoy a book!
