Cozy Hideaways East Memphis

Family home that’s cozy and quiet yet it is spacious and serene space.
We are sharing this space with family in mind, we know what it is like to travel with family. Come as you are we will make sure you feel right at home.

I am happy to meet with my guest if you would prefer. Otherwise I let me guest feel comfortable like at their own home

Family neighborhood, you will see family taking for walks and people talking to each other, we love this area super close to the restaurants and grocery stores. Nice park near by with many shopping centers.

Guest can access the entire house except the first closet in the hallway area. This is our supplies room.

The house in the back A frame house is not currently available for our guests.

The house is Tuck away in a quiet neighborhood, everyone around the area is family with smaller kids or older family who’s kids had moved out.

This space have 3 rooms.
First room is a king size bed with firm mattress.
Second room is Queen bed with half bath and have plenty of closet space.
Third room is full size bed with plenty of space to storage all your belongings.

A spacious bathroom located in the hallway easy access from all bedrooms.

Kitchen includes refrigerator stove and dishwasher. Laundry area is sit off to the corner of the kitchen.

One dining room area that’s large enough to for family of 6, extra chairs are available.

Living room is off to it is own room with office desk to the corner.

There is a small garage we are not currently using to park car but can be use for storage.

- Midtown is 10-15 mins away.
- Graceland is 20 mins away.
- Memphis Zoo is 12 mins away.
- Shelby Farms Park is 10-15 mins away.
-Airport 12 mins away.

-Whole food 2 minutes
-Spouts 4 minutes
-Fresh market 3 minutes.
-Wal-Mart 10 minutes.
-Starbucks 2 minutes.
-Local coffee shops nearby.
Many businesses, and restaurants nearby with 2-5 minutes of drive.

Locals and guests with a local phone number must send inquiry with purpose for reservation before booking. If instantly booked, a cancellation will result according to our policy.

Quiet hours - 10pm weeknights, 11pm weekends

Please ask our approval for visitors or overnight guests

Smoking inside will result in a $350 fee for deodorization & extra cleaning before next guests’ arrival

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property (including drugs/internet)

If you break or damage something, no worries, but please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair

No events, gatherings, or parties

Pets & animals are welcome with $70 fee per pet (1 fee usually applied automatically), but owner is responsible for any damages, extra cleaning fees, etc.

This house is in a very quiet neighborhood, and everyone knows everybody. I respect my neighbors no loud noise or party or any large crowds is allowed in my house.

Neighbor will call the police and I, thank you for respecting our house rules and our neighbors.
