Thanksgiving Break

We stayed for one week during the Thanksgiving break and it was fantastic! The home was absolutely beautiful and fit our needs perfectly with 4 children. We even had Thanksgiving dinner there and it was like we were in our own home. We will definitely be returning to stay in the future.

Perfect in every way

This property was even nicer in person than in the photos. A perfect family vacation with plenty of room to spread out. Cooking in that amazing well appointed kitchen was a delight.

Graduation trip

We stayed in Seventh Heaven, which was managed by Last Key Realty, and beside this home. We changed properties because this one sold and was being renovated. The home was clean and very nice. The property manager, Alice, was very communicative and responsive during the whole stay. Everything we could need and want was provided for us. The neighborhood was within walking distance to Duval Street. I highly recommend Last Key Realty for vacation rentals. They went above and beyond for us and we had a great time.

Conch Casa Grande

The location is within walking distance to everything in old town so it's perfect for exploring Key West. The house was large enough to handle our entire family (3 separate groups). There was enough space so we did not feel crowded. There was always a place to go if you wanted some alone time. The house is beautiful and yet comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home

My family (7people) traveled to Key West to celebrate a 40th Birthday. The home is lovely, very well maintained and Shell was so very kind and helpful. There was plenty of room for everyone, one bedroom on main floor and 4 on second floor (about 17 stairs). Nice quiet neighborhood. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful stay in the Keys, nice home, great location, property managers awesome!

We truly enjoyed the stay at Conch Case Grande. The house was perfect for our group in a good location with all the proper amenities. The house had a wonderful feel to it and there were no issues. The house was spacious, roomy and very accommodating. We were a little nervous about some of the reviews but the issues were minor and we felt added to the ambiance of the rental. The property team was awesome especially Shel, he did an amazing job and the team as a whole was great. The only caution would be the neighbor, a little touchy at night but not terrible and we were a little loud a little late so could not blame her. Security was very kind, and this was the first night when we had late arrival and after late night visit to Duval street. There were no issues after that, well at least no aditional security visits :-), totally recommend.

Amazing! 10/10 would recommend for your next stay in Key West!

Wonderful, spacious, beautifully decorated home right in the heart of Key West! This home is perfect for a large family/friend gathering. The 5 large master suites with their own barbering gives everyone space and privacy. You are in walking distance of everything! Tip: just don’t forget the key if you’re going to be out past 6pm!!

Needs major updating period!

This house is in a short sale and just about everything needs replaced, around pool extremely unsafe all bricks are sloping back in pool so when it rains or water splashes out all debris in landscaping flows in pool. I’m really surprised that the price of rental is so extremely overpriced . When everything is outdated and worn out . This house needs to be liquidated and a ton of money put into redoing!!

Wonderful family getaway!

We were 5 adults and 3 children (ages 5, 2 1/2, and 4 months) The house was wonderfully suited to accommodate all of us. It is spacious and open, bright and cheery. The french doors across the back open onto the heated pool, which is comfortably 4' deep throughout. The bedrooms (4 on the second floor and one on the first floor) are all en suite and were stocked with toilet paper and bars of soap. The kitchen had all the essentials...maybe a blender would have been nice to have (if I'm to offer criticism). Also, the oven had broken just prior to our arrival, but the rental agency purchased a countertop oven, which worked out just fine! The backyard BBQ was also nice to have. The porch was a great place to spend time outdoors. One thing to point out: This house is also for sale, so may not be available in perpetuity. I do hope that whoever purchases it will restore it to its previous splendor, as there is a lot of work needed (ie. floors, kitchen, bathrooms) The neighborhood: This private, gated community oozes with charm! I personally wouldn't stay in any other Key West neighborhood...seriously. It is quiet and serene; yet only a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street.

Full House

The house is very lovely and well appointed. Very comfortable for the 4 couples in our party. I would say that the house is in need of TLC. The mattress in our room was springy and in need of replacement. With the exception of the master bathroom, the en-suites are small & tight for 2 people but definitely doable. The pool area really needs landscaping and brick repair. The oven was not working for our entire stay but we did have a working out door grill that we used. Shel had his team promptly address any issues we had, he even made good with a generous gift certificate for a local sandwich shop for our inconvenience with the oven. The house is directly under the flight patterns for incoming airplanes, on busier incoming days we experienced numerous planes just overhead. The neighborhood was peaceful and very lovely. Everything was conveniently located and within walking distance. We have rented many vacation homes in numerous cities and countries and I think for the price which was more then $3000 per couple we probably could have done better. It is obvious that it is a rental property and that very little is spent in upkeeping the property with basic maintenance and outside care. Overall our stay was pleasant and the house was adequate for our needs.

Local wedding

Good sized home, plenty of room, but clearly a rental. Very worn. Electrical switches, pool heater, most furniture. You will need to restock paper towels, garbage liners, etc. Neighbor next door quite unreasonable and impossible to speak with or reason. We had a 6 and 1 year old, we were never up late or loud . Very unpleasant angry person. All in all great for our purposes, fantastic management company, Shel especially attentive and understanding, a true professional and gentleman. I would stay there again. Not good if you want to party .

Thanksgiving

Our family of 7 stayed at this beautiful house over Thanksgiving and we are coming back next year...if that tells you anything. The house is well appointed, the bedrooms and baths are comfortable and large, the great room is big enough to have different conversations, and the pool was heated and inviting. The Truman Annex is lovely with very large houses, manicured streets and very private, but only blocks away fro the action on Duval St.

Fantastic Key West House!

This property is amazing and well located to the main streets in Key West. Close enough to walk everywhere easily but far enough for peace and quiet at the house and by the beautiful pool. The Kitchen and living area is amazing open concept with lots of room for all the guests to be together very comfortably. All the bedrooms have separate bathrooms and king beds - very comfortable. Wonderful stay - would stay here again!

The place was perfect for our group celebration. There was plenty of space for everyone and the pool got used every day - rain or shine. It was so convenient to walk to great bars and restaurants . You just can’t go wrong with this rental.

The property is great for sharing, there is ample space for people to share together and still have space away from one another. It's close to everything you could want to do in Key West. Shel was wonderful and attended to all of our needs!

Great house for a big family

This house was a perfect choice for our family of 8 to experience Key West. Standing in the kitchen the first morning while all still asleep felt like home. Everyone having their own in suite full bathroom made shower/getting ready time a breeze. The pool is a bit small for 6 little ones but that didn’t stop them from swimming every day and the location and safety of the private, gated community can not be beat! This house set a high bar that did not disappoint!

Beautiful house and great location!

There were eight of us, mostly retired and we had a wonderful stay at 58 Front Street. The Truman "Little White House" is across the street with easy access and Mallory Square is just down the block. Fausto's grocery store is three blocks away and you don't really need a car to go to it, but it helps. One of us rented a car and we used it a couple of times, there is a car port. Definitely visit the Little White House and Mallory Square. We also enjoyed the Jet Ski Tour around the island. I found the Dry Tortugas snorkeling trip just so-so. The Hemingway house was great! The sunsets were outstanding. We used the swimming pool at the house a lot. The house is very roomy, well taken care of, and well decorated and Last Key realty were very attentive and took care of anything we had a problem with, which wasn't much. Well worth five stars, we had a great time! The Mahi tacos at Viva Saloon were excellent and the BBQ at Charlie Mac's was good. Don't order the Mahi-Mahi at El Siboney, they don't know how to cook it, mine was thin and dry because they cut the skin off and had no sauce, cardinal sins! But the other dishes we had there were good. The shrimp Po' boys at Caroline's Café were good also.
