Nestled along the picturesque shores of Flagler Beach, Florida, this exquisite beachfront home stands as a testament to luxury coastal living. The home was just constructed in late 2023 and has vaulted ceilings throughout, brand new appliances, a large electric fireplace, and plenty of parking.
The master bedroom features a queen size mattress and has direct ocean views. The other three bedrooms have queen size mattresses and pull-out trundles that contain twin mattresses. (total of 4 queen mattresses and 3 twin mattresses)
The home is two miles from the center of town and within easy walking distance of several restaurants and bars.
There is a private beach crossover for the exclusive use of our guests to access the beach. The beach is a wide sand beach with very little seaweed and many shells perfect for shell collecting or taking long evening walks.

Our family built this home last year as a way to spend more quality time with our children that are growing up faster than we had planned. We named the house Vita Lenta, which roughly translates as 'slow life' hoping to spend many long slow days at the property enjoying the surf, taking walks in the neighborhood and on the sand, and making the most of the charming town and the natural environment. We listed this property for rent to be able to share this experience with other families, and to allow the house to be filled with love and joy and laughter when we're not using it.
