Outside, the property has numerous amenities for your enjoyment. The elevated deck off the front of the house is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening refreshment while listening to the waves in the distance when the daytime hustle and bustle have quieted. The ground level lounge area features a fully fenced backyard and covered seating area with a TV, various games (darts, ring toss, cornhole, portable putting green, and more), a Blackstone griddle, and charcoal grill. The outdoor shower is fully enclosed and makes for a perfect spot for people and dogs to get cleaned up and cooled off after a day out in the sand and sun. The storage room beneath the house is available for storage of your items and is where you will find various outdoor items available for your use (seat cushions, games, folding table and chairs, some beach items, umbrellas backyard seating).
