Beautifully renovated 1890 victorian home just four blocks from Savannah`s famous Forsyth Park. Captivating historic district neighborhood is perfect for relaxing and people watching from the spacious porch. Enjoy a short, scenic walk to some of Savannah`s best shops, cafes, and restaurants.



Your group will have plenty of room to spread out with three bedrooms and a large common area for gatherings. Pottery Barn and West Elm furnishings are a stylish and comfortable match for the unique, original details in this fully restored 1890 home. When you`re not out exploring Savannah, you`ll love people-watching from the large, covered front porch. Worn out from the day? Take it easy watching Netflix from our comfy couch.

Our home is located in Savannah`s Victorian Historian District. This trendy neighborhood is home to some of Savannah`s best cafes and restaurants.



Our home was awarded a Walk Score of 86 `Very Walkable` and a 97 for biking. Most of Savannah`s historic district can be reached within a 20 minute walk from the house. If you plan to be out late or prefer not to walk, a short Uber or bicycle taxi can get you to your destination.

Nice place, decorated very well. Well equipped kitchen and extras were appreciated. Stairs a bit of a challenge with luggage & would’ve been difficult for elderly or handicapped. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect weekend trip

The location and accommodations were perfect for a quick trip down to Savannah. It is located for enough to be quiet at night but close enough to be very walkable to many sights. We appreciate the good communication as well. Thank you!

The home was nice and clean and in a great location! The rental area is upstairs, and there is a downstairs area that is rented out as well (separate entrances). The host, Michael, was very responsive and helpful. We even received a basket of snacks, which was very thoughtful! Overall, a great experience and we loved our time in Savannah!

Savannah trip

The property is great, walking distance to Forysthe park and other historical landmarks. Great restaurants near by and river street is close walk or drive. Love the updates to the place and maintaining the historical charm. The host is lovely and so easy to partner and communicate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home, situated in a beautiful neighborhood. We had everything we needed and enjoyed sitting in the living room to visit. We all agreed that the mattresses and pillows were the best, and we wished we had them at home. The shower is also terrific with strong water pressure. Forsyth Park is nearby and the walk to the park is lovely. It was a great stay!

This is not a whole house rental

When you look at the picture of the house, you are renting the upstairs only. When you walk in, there is a foyer and you need to walk up a flight of stairs. The downstairs is a separate rental so you share the front porch which only has 2 chairs. The outside could use some love, decking, railing etc rotting and needs to be replaced. The inside is nicely done and has everything you need. Parking is street but we never had an issue. A 20 min walk to the main area of tours and restaurants.
