This sunny retreat sits on the (elevator-accessible) third floor of Marion Studios, a new complex on a quiet residential street in the thriving neighborhood of Capitol Hill. Whether you're heading downtown (one mile), attending an event at the Seattle Convention Center (one mile), or shopping and dining in Pike/Pine (half a mile), the best of Seattle is easily accessible.

As brand-new construction, there's a thoughtful focus here on smart design and streamlined style. The interior of the studio is small in size but also full of designer finishes, with large and generous windows showcasing the neighborhood around you. You'll have every essential at your fingertips - a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a sofa where you can curl up to watch TV, and a comfortable bed. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are also provided for your convenience.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
